Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bronx NY

Went today for the first time, it was not crowded which was great. The food was very very good, I have had really bad experiences at other chipotle but I was very relief to see someone checking food temperature while I was ordering. This leads me to believe food is monitored.

First I had to wait in this heat while those delivery guys were piling up then my burrito was very cold 3.35 for a hot soda? If I knew this I would've just made my own at home with a 2 liter Pepsi for only 225! Thanks god it was a gift card.need to tell my sister thanks but dont waste money on a chipotle card.ever again! Now I know why I dont see many Hispanics buying there.

Nightmare! Wait time is outrageous, no parking. I know that's not chipotle fault entirely but that the experience you get when ordering from this particular location

They’re new takeout system takes way too long. They need to figure something out! Waited over half an hour hot a pick up after the scheduled pickup time!

I ordered 3 bottle drinks and they gave me cups. I believe I got charged for all six. Not big deal but like c'mon I'm paying for service from somewhere. Dining area was not up kept.

Never been here before.food was excellent and plenty but for 2 burritos it was $20 + splurge once in awhile is good

This location was very clean. Workers were very polite and professional. The food was very good as well.

They serve you quickly but with small servings.the establishment has no heat flowing through and the door stays open for a significant amount of time letting cold air in making the stay uncomfortable.there is security but other customers are always really loud and during some visits I've seen teens playing around without security enforcing rules.

If you are looking for healthy, quick and a tasty meal go to chipotle. I simply love it, even though it is little expensive.

Good afternoon, my family and friends were urging me to try chipotle. This was my first time at this location and everything was wonderful. When I took my food home I opened my bowl and there was a hard avocado peel in my bowl. Fine, I took it out and continued to eat however as I continued to eat I came across a hard small piece of plastic inside my mouth. I am highly disappointed. This makes me quite skeptical on the quality and preparedness of this food.

It's a pretty good spot, clean space, good service. Food is good, same as every other chipotle. But, the hot sauce can be spicier. And just like any other Chipotle spot, it does get crowded so expect to wait a while.

Every time I come here the food is good and the staff is a little friendly but looks like their overworked so I can understand you not being the friendliest and the place is clean. Only issue I have is they don’t have enough to go bags with the handle I hate carrying a bowl in a regular brown bag.

The service on line was good. But my food got cold waiting on them to make bags of chips. When the cashier asked three times the worker were slow it was upsetting.

They charge me a 1.23 for portion cups of sour cream and cheese the city doesn't even charge near that much or at all

Everything was great. The treatment of the staff specially Sashari, the food the order the place, everything.

Not my favorite location. The staff is rude and the guacamole doesn't taste like the Authentic Chipotle guacamole. It could be that this is a Bronx location and they use a different blend. I've been to other locations within the city and they have a much more pleasant and warmer environment. #NOTAFAN

I've been frequenting this location since they've opened. I must say the portions have gone way down. 1 scoop of rice and less than a scoop of meat. I'm always disappointed now. Think I'm gonna get on the train and go back to the Manhattan locations, just for decent portions. Also, when I ask for more they catch an attitude or just flat out ignore my request. This has been going on for about the past year.

Is a beautiful place take your family and enjoy the fool you would like it and you would love it I promise you

It was horrible i ordered a burrito in a bowl they were fully stocked with all my favorite toppings but my burrito hung out of my bowl and was dragged across a visible dirty counter top i was sooo hungry i refused to disregard my order so i asked could someone cut the excess burrito from around my bowl because i didn't want it to touch the rest of my food i was told no by the manager and offered a knife to do it my self i dont think ill ever be eating from here again my poor stomach
