Went to see Dr. Lou for my first chiropractic adjustment after being stuck in the house for a long time. I work 8 hrs a day on the computer so my neck and low back is shot after so many days bad postures. And let me tell ya, this guy is freaking amazing! I immediately get the difference in my neck where I can turn all the way to my left without pain, literally felt like my neck turn into marshmallows, soft and relaxed. The office was clean and strictly following the social distancing protocol. Everyone were wearing masks and all tables are cleaned and sanitized after each use. Dr. Lou also showed me exercises to do at home and told me that he is here for me to get better and stay better on my own instead of being a painkiller for me. Change my whole view on chiropractic care!

Was there on monday. Crowded waiting room, people are all next to each other, very stuffy, kind of scary since the virus is going around. The receptionist isn't wearing gloves when handling patient's intakes. I only saw one staff wearing face mask, others are eating in the treatment area. Left immediately after learning the long queue.

Had my 1st chiropractic visit ever today at this office. I have been suffering from extreme back pain and the lady at the front desk was able to get me a same day appointment. Front desk is very friendly. I was seen by Dr. Luo and he was amazing! He explained everything very thorough and made my chiropractic adjustment less scary.

Dr. D is the best chiropractor! I went to her because of a friend’s recommendation which always says a lot. When I met her, I immediately noticed she was super nice and made me feel at ease. You don’t just trust anyone to crack your neck and back - I was weary at first and she explained everything to me before she did it/as she did it, which is very helpful for someone who has never gone to a chiropractor before. I went because I wanted to fix my posture and alignment, but also, because I was experiencing an issue with my shoulder & hand. She asked me a few questions, felt my back and immediately knew what the issue was. She explained how she knew it was that rather than something else which really solidified my trust in her as a doctor. She even gave me stretches at home and things I can do when I’m not seeing her to improve the issues I’m working on. I’ve been going to her for a couple months now and my issues have improved so much. If you’re considering Dr. D as your chiro take my word and go, you’ll be happy I promise!
