Dr. Rossi has to be the best chiropractor that I have every gone to. He addresses any issue and I always feel better after an appointment with him.

I suffered from chronic neck pain, shoulder pain and migraines. Dr Rossi has helped me so much. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rossi is a competent practitioner but dealing with his staff has made going to see him intolerable. While I expect that delays are likely when I go to see MDs every few months, I think it is incredibly disrespectful to patients who come in for routine adjustments every 2-3 weeks to fit in multiple “emergencies” that happen all the time in such a way that patients who keep their appointments and show up on time are delayed 20+ minutes just about every other appointment. If there are that many emergencies, it would make sense to block off time for emergencies only to respect regular clients. Most recently, I visited Dr. Rossi’s office and when I realized two complicated cases were ahead of me and it was already past my appointment time, I told Kathy, the office manager, that I had to go to work and would have to leave. She offered no apology and only asked whether or not I wanted my copay refunded. The patient who was next said she had no problem letting me go in and Kathy actually argued with the patient telling her she shouldn’t allow me to go in for my adjustment that only takes all of 3 minutes. The other patient insisted that it was no problem for her, so I went in for my last adjustment with Dr. Rossi. Clearly, I’m not the only patient who recognizes that the way Kathy handles appointments is problematic, but I’m the only one who dared to point out that she’s not perfect and so clearly I should have to pay for such a horrible transgression going forward. So, even though Dr. Rossi has repeatedly said he wished all his patients were like me because I come in when he tells me to and I have followed his advice, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Definitely won’t miss listening to Kathy and staff badmouth and judge other patients from the waiting room for being miserable and whatever other derogatory descriptions she can come up with when these patients probably have the same complaints as me.
