14We overnighted here in our campervan. It was clean and COVID-19 prepared. Starbucks was closed.big bummer! You can hear the noise of the highway but it felt safe.
The lady working Sbarro is racist and very incompetent. Never stopping here again.she didn't give me a receipt so I can't post her name and I can't find General manager info in the store to file a complaint. If she Doesn't want serve people color or wait she needs to find another line of work
Worth every penny of the millions of tax dollars it cost. I hope people that are not from New York love these stops
Bad angle getting in and out, dangerous because of this and lack of proper lighting on the property. Limited number of big truck spots, only one restaurant and it's a horrible one Sbarro. Good only as a quick place to hit the bathroom and grab some junk food or coffee. Good luck finding parking here after 7 pm.
I like a rest stop with some character.a place that really speaks to me. Chittenango just felt.cold in a way. All they wanted was my money and my road waste.and then they were done with me. 2 stars.
Good place to take a moment to relax, get a beverage, something to eat, check out pamphlets of other places through your travels.
Clean, modern, spacious and the best healthy and Italian food selection at the Sbarro restaurant & buffet on the New York Thruway system. Impressive!

There's a Sbarro with a decent salad bar.a rare chance to get actually green leafy veggies and moderately healthy food on an i-90 NY travel plaza! Of course, prices are inflated.
The prices at the Sbarro joint are astronomical. It’s highway robbery of the highest degree and it should be considered illegal. It’s amazing how they can ask for a lousy plate of food $20.00 and do it with a straight face. The guy before me was charged $24. Should’ve returned it right there but decided to be reasonable where nothing reasonable and noble exists. Avoid like the plague like all NY service plazas. Super overpriced! Better of exit the toll road or go to any airport in the country and you will find cheaper food.
No food after 8pm so when I get up I'll drive elsewhere to get food in morning also they won't make a dime off me here
Like practically all rest stops on this tollway, well kept, bathroom services, but most restaurants will be closed at 2-3 am.
I love this particular stop. Just the NY themed items alone are a head turner. Always bright and clean as well
Alarms were going off when I stopped here. Had to go to next rest stop. On the plus side, there was a cute dog outside prancing in the snow!
