I came here a really long time ago and was excited to try them again while in the area…. Terrible experience. The two register women did not care about anything. They were changing garbage bags and sweeping while charging and serving, no gloves, no washing hands. They were “sold out” of many thing, they were probably just being lazy. Would not come back here.

Not the place it once was.

Used to love it and the amazing base frozen fruit hasn’t changed. But everything else did. Topping options don’t match the menu, toppings were sparingly added and service was subpar.

And the spoons cut both mine and my boyfriend’s lips
They forgot our order and after they remade it said the topping we paid for wasn’t an option (frozen strawberries bc they no longer serve fresh fruit). Because we paid for it, we asked again but it wasn’t a good choice.

Great! I love the energy of this place. A bit pricey, but entirely worth it. Can't wait to come back.

I was recommended here by a friend for their customer service, I was not disappointed. Soup was a bit too gingery but otherwise great. Amazing service, great ambiance, and great food.

The menu has changed since I was there a couple years and not for the better IMO. This went from place with a simple concept to one with a more extensive and unnecessarily diverse menu.
I used to get one of two different smoothies and neither one are available anymore.

Daniel was an amazing employee, and was the sole reason I bought the food. I will be returning exclusively because of his customer service!

The mango soft serve was delicious, and I haven’t seen goji berry toppings anywhere else! The cashier Daniel was also very fun to talk to and helped us figure out what to order.

This just arrived at my house from Chloe’s (through Door Dash). This portion is absurd. Half of this cup is empty. Chloe’s - I honestly should be given a refund for this.

Ordered from here for home delivery. I receive NOTHING of what I ordered. As though they can’t read the labels while filling order. Can’t give my feedback on taste but if it’s made with as much care as deliveries then forget about it! Hard pass!

Not sorbet. Way better than sorbet. My favorite place for food, just because of the soft serve

Delicious dairy-free options for soft serve treats. They also have a nice grab-and-go selection that's perfect for a quick snack while on the move.

Ripoff and rude people. If you’re charging 10 bucks for ice cream then at least provide spoons. Person was rude to us also. It also wasn’t actually soft serve it was more like sorbet…

The mango sorbet is refreshing, tastes like ripe mangos, and also comes with one topping. But it's $8 now.not sure it's worth it when there's so many places in the area that also sell good mango sorbet for cheaper

We went with my family today and the employee refused to serve us as he mentioned he will only be serving deliveries. He was extremely mean to my family. We went today at 9 pm (06/6/2022)

Best soft serve, but worse service I have ever experienced. Took over 10 minutes to order in person. The worker was only prioritizing online orders. This place has gone down hill and they are constantly out of chocolate. Absolutely terrible experience.

I walked in and the people working there, a man named Ethan was extremely rude and didn’t help at all. It took 10 minutes to order, and another 15 minutes to wait for my ice cream even though the store was empty. All I did was ask politely how long it’ll take for my order and he rudely answered me “wait your turn” with attitude. The woman working with him made my order wrong and didn’t want to add a fourth topping, she told me I was only allowed to put 3 toppings however when I ordered I wasn’t told that. Both Ethan and the woman refused to add chocolate sauce to my order, and continued being rude even after I offered to pay extra for the chocolate he still didn’t allow me to have some. Very unprofessional and rude people, not an enjoyable place to go to. Don’t recommend!

I love the unique taste that comes from the soft serve fruit. One of my favorite places to stop by for something sweet.
