Cafe Chocolatte reviews
14Nice place good coffee, breakfast and more. Just over priced. They have free WiFi which is always good. And it’s in an amazing location right near the subway and on Kingston and right near 770. Good place to get your morning coffee. It’s also always open! Good place to hangout with friends. Nice place to try out.
Its worth coming to Crown Heights just for Chocolatte. Best chai latte I've had. B E S T chocolate chip cookies I've ever had in my life. I went back 3 consecutive days for these cookies. Can't recommend enough.
Definitely will order again. I ordered delivery and happy that my latte came hot and my food as well.
I really love this restaurant. I have been a regular there for many years enjoying their drinks and entrées. The staff is super friendly. The service is quick. The food is great. During the coronavirus pandemic I continued to go there to get take out
I went there, and in my negligence I had forgotten my mask. So I bought a mask for a dollar in order to get serviced.
Directly behind me, there was a cop wearing his mask on his chin and got serviced without issues.
I have no issues with mask policies, but please get employess who are willing to enforce the rules fairly. (As far as I know, wearing a mask on your chin is like wearing underwear on your head).
Like I said, following state policy is commendable. Just show some respect to your customers and enforce the policy equally.

Slow service and when they have all the ingredients the drinks are very good. I ordered two type of drinks and they ran out of ingredients for both drinks.
I really love this restaurant. I have been a regular there for many years enjoying their drinks and entrées. The staff is super friendly. The service is quick. The food is great. During the coronavirus pandemic I continued to go there to get take out. The first few times I went there the place was empty and getting take out wasn't a problem because it was just me and the employees there. But then other times when I returned I couldn't stay and get the take out because they don't have a policy that customers must wear masks and social distance while in their restaurant. So I walk in their restaurant to order take out and I see customers waiting in line close to each other no masks. It was like a coronavirus nightmare that I didn't want to enter. So I decided not to order and just leave. I think it would so much better if the workers enforced a mask policy in the restaurant. Then I would feel more comfortable ordering there right now.
You are allowing people to enter and frequent your store without masks - this is a public health violation that you are not enforcing.
Put some signs up and mandate wearing masks or I will be actively warning people not to patronize the store.
"Frappe" was more like an iced coffee which was disappointing. Smoothie was good. Pastries were bomb. Slightly on the pricey side except for the pastries so go for those!
When I called by phone they instructed me to place order online so it should be accurate.and I called to confirm and they still messed up
Terrific local coffee shop with excellent coffee, good hot and cold options, and a decent breakfast and lunch menu. Local staff with friendly vibe and great music. Caters to all. Lots of co-working during the day in the back. Fast WiFi.
The drip and iced coffee are decent and the pastries are good.
Latte was terrible. Bitter unpleasant espresso with a sloppy dose of over-steamed oat milk.
None of the other customers wore masks and neither did the baristas, despite a sign posted by the store requiring masks to be worn.
I asked for a delivery and the guy that delivered it said he cannot come up to my appartment. I told him I am sick with corrona virus and he said he is leaving it downstairs. I called chocolate and they told me to call the owner to get a refund later. Deliveries are supposed to be to my door
