After reaching out to several insurance companies I was pleased to speak with Serina who was beyond helpful and patient with me. Serina answered all of my questions in regards to my policy. She also made sure she covered all the basis to provide me with the best package deal. I'm a current customer of this office and I'm planning to change to another agent immediately. I have never received satisfactory service from this office the entire time I've been a customer. I had a very difficult time working with the staff to establish my existing policy a couple of years ago but I stayed with them because I thought they would improve over time. Now that I'm looking to upgrade my policy, I tried scheduling several appointments with Chris Foster to discuss my new insurance needs. He cancelled the first appointment a few hours before I was scheduled to meet with him. We rescheduled the appointment for yesterday and when I arrived to his office, he had already left for the day. It's painfully obvious to me that Mr. Foster is not interested in my business so I will work with another agent. I have been a State Farm customer for many years and have never had a bad experience until I started working with this agent.
