Absolutely the worst customer service, lacking knowledge and any skills whatsoever, the most unprofessional group of people I ever had to deal with, AVOID at all cost, 1 star is too much. They are a potpourri of misinformation.

I had a car accident & my carrier was Geico, the person that blew the stop sign was with Allstate. Unfortunately The Allstate agent they gave me was Keith Weschler, he was one of the nastiest people I’ve ever had to deal with! I’ve never been through this before thank God so I didn’t understand what I Needed to do. He wouldn’t return phone calls, answer questions etc my body shop called him 12 times & he never returned his calls either! I decided to try my luck & call an Allstate agent named Christina DeSimone (who is now my angel) she went out of her way to answer my questions & actually called me back (mind you she had nothing to do with this case) she was kind courteous & a very caring human being! If anyone is looking for an insurance company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRISTINA DESIMONE from Allstate! This is the type of person you want on your side when things are going bad! Christina is one of the most caring agents I have ever met. When my grandmother almost lost her coverage Christina helped us make sure she maintained coverage.
