Dr. Ellie is phenomenal. She's someone who goes above and beyond to make sure the problems on my feet aren't getting worse. Her staff is excellent to talk to and makes you feel at home.

Really disappointing experience trying to get orthotics. The office was very unprofessional and I never felt like I really got the time of day. There are better doctors in the city.

June 2019, I was walking in a parking lot when my right foot broke the floor and it caved in causing me to fall. One of the areas of my body that was injured is my right foot. I tore ligaments in my first metatarsal and my plantar plate. The pain was constant Sharp/Burning/Pins and needles radiating to my ankle. (even with no movement) The orthopedic suggested I seek a specialist and through research I found Dr. Ellie. Through the entire process Dr. Ellie has been patient and professional. She has explained every level of treatment and was determined to resolve and relieve my pain. Finally, the surgery was approved over a year after the date of accident, I was relieved when Dr. Ellie gave me the news. I just knew she was on top of things and she did a great job. It took months to recover after the surgery and a few more sessions of treatments to break-up the tissue at incision site. 2 years since accident and my foot feels no constant pain. I have my days and it is expected with the trauma of my injuries. Dr. Ellie saved my foot from agony and helped me walk comfortably again. Thank you Dr. Ellie

Very grateful for Dr. Ellie’s great patient care. She was available 24/7 for my pre/post surgery questions and follow up, and the office staff was always helpful and quick to reply!

I was a patient of Dr. Ellie's, and saw her multiple times. She recommended orthotics for treatment of my health issue, which I had to wait a year to purchase with my FSA. I purchased the orthotics last February, and had an appointment to pick them up after they came in. They called to cancel my appointment because their office had to close due to COVID. Fine. I informed them that I was moving and would need them shipped after they reopened. I have called and been lied to, not called back, and given the run around, so I sent certified letters to the office manager and to Dr. Ellie. No one has responded! I was required to pay over $600 up front for the orthotics, and 10 months later I still have no orthotics and no refund! I recommend you go elsewhere and pay doctors who care about their patient's health, and have an office staff that is capable of communicating with clients.
