Our family of four greatly enjoyed the tour that Michael led one weekend in early November. Michael was knowledgeable and interested in diving into topics we asked about during the tour. He was great with engaging our two teenage kids, addressing their questions but also talking with them as we walked between sites. Michael really provided the story around the buildings/sites providing context to put yourself back into the time being discussed. Great tour, great information, and a great tour guide.

I had an absolutely lovely and very informative 2 hour tour (the downtown activism one) got lots of insights and facts I didn't know. Not just a very informative tour but also very thought provoking. What more can a tourist ask for? ! Also recommended for non US people like me. You won't regret it.

We enjoyed the Village Pride tour on September 15. We were in a diverse group of 10, and Michael made everyone feel welcome, seen, and engaged. Michael is passionate and genuine. Even these two "seasoned" travelers learned a lot with smiles on our faces and a mist in our eyes.
