Chrome Hearts, New York NY

I don’t think they care if you buy or not. My aunt ask for a black beanie they said what they have is what they have didn’t even bother to check for stock. We found it on display later. Nothing is allow to be tried on for size even though other stores we visited previously did allow it as long as u had an undershirt. Over all I just think if you are not local New Yorker there are better choices than this store.

Poor first impression.been to many luxury shop around the world and have never been treated like this.if the customer service and treatment is this poor when you walk in imagine the after sales service.
What a poor brand image for Chrome Hearts

Visited this store on my trip to NYC. The interior of the store was just amazing, a lot of cool artifacts and history behind each piece designed. Kirk, one of the sales associate was very kind, patient, and helpful. My girlfriend fell in love with a ring she wanted and Kirk was able to assist us on determining the right size and let us ask him any questions we wanted. We were also given a tour of the building and how each piece was crafted. Will be coming back to this location from now on just for Kirk’s professionalism and mannerism alone! This visit was a unforgettable unique experience.

Pretty horrible service spent plenty of $ in the store had an appointment was running late called they said come by we will still see you just to have the guy say sorry can’t help you your too late. All hood can spend my money elsewhere…

We shop chrome hearts all over the world. We sent an appt to this locations and was very disappointed.we will keep with the brand, but will never shop here again. The service was terrible. Every other location has had impeccable service, but this location wouldn’t even let us try anything on.we have shopped at Berdorf New York, Tokyo, Osaka, West Hollywood, Honolulu and London

Curtis provided us with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend to ask him for help if you need any assistance. Overall, the shopping experience was out of this world. Love coming here

Really terrible experience with this shop! We went there around 3pm, they asked us to come back later in 20mins if we don’t have reservation. And when we come back in 20-30 mins, they don’t take any clients at that time. It shows they open until 6pm, and they don’t even allowed anyone lineup or wait for that! I thought they’re selling Hermès or something? I don’t understand. Really terrible experience for this trip, haven’t been treated like that for this year!

Cool stuff but every time I go their stock is very low. And I’m starting to feel like it’s just overly expensive jewelry. Just go on eBay and find what you like for 3/4 the price. You can check if it’s authentic as well.

Great shopping experience with Dylan who helped me with booked last minute appointments also very promptly replied email. Highly recommend to reach him out by email or phone to arrange special orders.

Super chill environment, all of the staff were very friendly. LaLa specifically was super friendly and helpful. Good selection of clothes and hats at this location. Masks no longer required but recommended and you have to make an appointment ahead of time.

5 stars for the nice and professional sales rep. 1 star for the rude and arrogant doorman.

While visiting NYC we booked an appointment at Chrome Hearts on Washington st last Sunday. Our visit was absolutely “best in class” & became one of our most memorable experiences of our trip. Jason was outstanding, knowledgeable, experienced, passionate, fun & most importantly made us feel valued & appreciated. Another visit to Chrome Hearts is already in the plans. We appreciate the experience & Jason.

What junk shop? You have to wait every time you come. You look down on others and open what shop. Hermes is not as arrogant as you.
