Terrible. They told me 7-10 days for a warranties transmissions replacement and now its up to 20 days. I’m stuck paying for a rental vehicle twice as long as they told me. I will never go there again. They are good at giving you the run around though so they have that going for them.

Mediocre work. Couldn't care less about the customer. Ignored a potential issue so that two weeks later, they could upcharge for more service. They are not proactive or helpful and couldn't care less about you unless your name comes up for a survey. I will NOT buy another vehicle here based on their service.

Got my Jeep serviced here, they were able to remove the tint from my driver and passenger side windows and perform a state inspection in less than 2 hours.

Great people to do business with. Low pressure and very helpful! Unfortunately this place no longer lives up to its slogan of offering the best prices. Everything they sell is obsurdly priced even for today's market. Don't want to hear the typical well you know the market and supply excuse either since almost all the area Jeep dealers have better pricing which just stinks.looks like I'm buying at Nemer or somewhere else unfortunately.

The General Manager, Mike, of the Service Department is Very Dedicated to making sure All Customers are receiving a special experience in the Repairing/Servicing of their Vehicle.

I haven’t had such a great experience in a very long time as i did with Mike Brosh and the very nice, funny and super knowledgeable financial girl, sorry im horrible with names. Although i do miss my Wrangler I absolutely love my Grand Cherokee L

I had recall work done. Once they got the parts, they got me right in and the work was done in one day. Everybody that I dealt with was very nice and professional.

Great place for tires and services. They let me wait in waiting area with my Lab KEVIN. We both had a good time. Most beautiful car dealership I ever saw. Great staff. Very pleasant folks. I will be back again for other car service and maybe one day a new truck.

We where treated very well no one was overly pushy. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend that if anyone is looking for a car or truck to give them a chance I think that you will agree.

Well, the recall work seems to have been done and an oil change. But I am disappointed that I asked them to fix my stuck tire carrier and they just punted on it.

This is are second time buying a new use vehicle with in a year. Sale team and business manager very helpful. Help her out to finding a the right vehicle for my wife.

Needed warranty work performed on my 2020 Pacifica Limited. Bought it used. Two separate issues at different times. I was a new customer and Travis provided great service with both issues. Had to order parts for both issues and set up appointment as soon as they came in. One was on the same day the part was delivered. Bought a towne and country from another dealer before I bought the pacifica. Service was terrible and cringed every time I had to go there for warranty service. Zappones and especially Travis are a class act.

Before I bought my Jeep from Zappone, I went to 2 other area Jeep dealerships and both places didn’t come close to the price or the level of service that I received from Zappone. I almost gave up on buying a Jeep because the first dealership said the extra $5,000 on the sticker price is normal, and the second dealership didn’t seem to care if I bought a vehicle from them or not. Someone recommended calling Zappone so I did and I worked with Carl Harris. He went out of his way to get me in an even better Jeep that fit my budget! I can’t thank him or the team at Zappone enough! Carl is genuine, honest, loves what he does, and he is very knowledgeable. He even came in on his day off to do the paperwork with me! When the time comes to buy another vehicle, I will absolutely buy it from Zappone.
