I like it way better early in the day, towards the afternoon it's way too crowded and masks aren't enforced, and it's just a hot mess. But kids had a blast

I love this location! Today was our second time celebrating my daughter’s bday here. It’s really clean and organized. Staff is amazing. We also go there on a regular basis and I never had any issues. Love it

Very great experience for the children, they do not accept the Walgreen vaccination app. But had a photo of my card and it worked. They are out of slime and mouth for the boo cupcake.sad.kids got free candy from Chuck.and were happy.and they loved the cups.food was blah.but went for the xp so that was ok

I'm a longtime fan. The whole family recently took my youngest Grandson there. This was his second time. He loves it.

The service was wonderful and the food was fresh and hot. The only negative is that too many games were not functioning.

Very fun. Kids love it here.
Watch out to not overfeed your kids with sugars, as everything has sugar here.

First Chuck E Cheese I been to where I haven't encountered any altercations with staff nor visitors. Staff is welcoming, courteous and friendly. I go here often several times a week.

Some times you might have to wait a while for new customers but if you have a card from your last trip with your child they reload machines

I came in with my siblings and other family members. I ordered the #5 combo which comes with 2 pizzas, 6 cups for sodas and a large cookie. The cookie was not available instead I was told I had to take the churro unicorn. Why do I have to take responsibility of an item that was not available which is more expensive that what I have bought? There was no apology. I also had to wait for between 15+ minutes on line because there was only 1 cashier available.
The games did not give any tickets at all. The kids felt like their experience was robbed as they could not trade in tickets for items.
The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean. I expected better from this location, I will not returning there.

Someof the machines don't work but does not mean that your kids won't have a great time. Oh & make sure you bring a pic of your vaccination card with a photo ID or you won't get in.

Let's start with saying this place is very clean. The staff are very friendly and my daughter goes crazy when Chucky comes out for the dance party. I do wish people taught their kids respect and watched their kids. I seen a kid trying to kick and punch Chucky. If you know you have a child like that start having talks with them and observe what they are watching or who they are emulating. To end the pizza is great and comes out fresh and hot.

Today not so great the greeter at entrance no hello nothing just stamp & go the food taker was great now maybe chuck E was not in the mood for all kids just not cool

I've very disappointed in myself that I took my daughter here, I should have known I smelled a rat. We were treated terribly by staff and the guy in the chuck e cheese costume hit my daughter because she wanted a hug

The best location in the Bronx the staff here actually try and do a pretty good job. The machines don't seem to break down as often either also it's a very clean location considering it's a place for kids.

The place was very clean and not to many people. My kids had fun and that's all that matters to me. Will definitely be going back again.

Seriously one of my favorite places. I think I enjoy this place just as much as the kids do the staff is almost always the greatest I say almost cause sometimes they don’t seem to be upbeat but I don’t blame them it’s a very busy restaurant overall the food is always great and your requests are always met just love this spot no complaints whatsoever.

Sadly, it’s open ONLY FOR “TAKE OUT FOOD AND BUY GOODS”. Deserted at a moment due to COVID-19. They don’t know when they’ll fully reopen. So, when it says OPEN, call first to learn the updates under of driving for nothing.
