Chuck E. Cheese, Rochester NY

I’ll start with the good. The staff keep the play and eating area really clean. You see them out there with the vacuum and towels cleaning all the time. Food is ok. Not horrendous as I was expecting.

Onto the bad. Took a long time for the food to be ready. Like over 20 mins. The washrooms smelled bad, really bad!

Food was extremely expensive, chuck E did a 5 minute walk Through. No song or dance for the kids. Very limited games. Rude staff

We went to bring are kids for a good time. The food and workers were great. However we paid almost 200. For game plays only to find out more than half the games were not working. There was no balls in the ski ball machine or in the basketball game. And alpt of other games didn't work. It's alpt of money to spend to not even be able to play.

Had a walk in party of 8 at 12 on a saturday everything was good it was hot in there and by the time we were about half way done it was packed from parties

Food could of been better small needs to be bigger crowded an to expensive an not enough games for kids to play they close the one I'm n Henrietta down it was bigger an had more games need to open back up

It was a great time. Very friendly. Until Chuck E Cheese came out. My grandson tried to hug him several times. He had to chase him. Only child near him. Chuck kept walking. He did get a hug from him eventually. Chuck basically walked his circle and went to the back area.
I know it’s mostly teenagers working the place but please have an enthusiastic mouse.
We were there December 28th. Played a lot of games. Had lunch.
My grandson loves Chuck E Cheese.

Me and my little girl went here and we enjoyed the games then the moment she took me to the show room with her she cried while shouting Wheres my stage with my chuck e robot! She was mad about the remodel that was the moment we left otherwise it was nice games

If you haven't been there since pre-covid, there's been a few changes. Points and tickets are all on cards and also the games that use tokens are gone. Otherwise, it was a good time. Most of the games worked.

I was there on 11/25/22 around 4pm and when I tell you all but 2 staff members was so rude and disrespectful I’m not easily but it was the white staff members working behind the counter, they was so rude, rolling eyes and blowing their breath like I was bothering them just because I asked a simple question about how to get tokens so my child can play the games

My adult daughter still loves to go to Chuck E Cheese. So we had some coupons to use. We got pizza, pop & Unicorn Churos. The food was OK. Basic kids food. But I love the way they run the games now. You get a wristband which is reloadable. And you pay a certain amount for an hour. Everything is loaded on the wristband so you don't have to touch tokens or tickets. And you can also kick money in for the prizes. Or you can buy the prizes. Chuck E came out a few times. The only drawback was that the bathroom was a little dirty. No soap and dirt on the handle of the towel dispenser. But it's to be expected with lots of children. But overall we had a good time. If you go make sure you download their app. Lots of rewards and coupons to use!

Chuck E Cheese is ligit! I love the salad bar and the pizza and cheesy bread is amazing. My gkids have alot of fun here.

My daughter turned 1yrs old yesterday & The location promised me 6 balloons in my package birthday party hat and 20 free ticket for booking online we never received the birthday girls party hat pizza was cold however the location in Greece has no helium and I was told if I come out there they have 1 balloon blowed up and 5 flat balloon which means I have to get the balloon blowed up myself worst experience EVER 10 wings where 20.51 they were as small as my pinky. The restroom had no toilet tissue in the stalls. I honestly WILL NEVER BOOK AT THE GREECE LOCATION CHUCKIE CHEESE EVER AGAIN. They are VERY EXPENSIVE LOW QUALITY SERVICE. MONEY HUNGRY

I saw this place when I went to the back rooms and Chucky Edward Cheese ran at me and ripped apart my chest and ate my guts.

Great place to play. The pizza an wings are really good. The staff are amazing they are helpful an great with the kids

It's great for the kids, not much for the adults to do. I think if it were a little more adult friendly, it would be a more enjoyable experience and I would encourage more visits.
Staff friendly and overall clean facility.

Pizza not the same. But. The hour free pass is nice to get. Just be ready to spend money. If youhave a few kids but. They wil. Have fun.

We didn't even stay. Was so small and and not like it used to be. Won't be going back ever again. And the prices are ridiculous.
