Churchville Park

It's a nice place to have an event. The only problem I had was that the stove didn't work properly. The right side burner was not working. I feel they can update that lodge by putting in a full kitchen. There is no sink or microwave. There are bathrooms separate from the building but right behind the lodge. They do supply nice size round tables and square tables. There are plenty of chairs also. Overall the whole place needs to be remodeled but it's still functional as of now.

No sink, microwave. Bathroom was a mile away, had no locks on stalls, no mirror. Only one sink worked.

Didn't actually make it in the park. Just went fishing. No bites, lots of seaweed and algae.

Having shelters so far from restrooms that we have to drive to them without even a porta potty nearby made it difficult to enjoy our day with lots of young children, a couple pregnant women, and two older folks recovering from surgeries.

Great, except the bathroom at least a quarter of a mile away Which is not great for people that are handicapped.

Great place to be outdoors. Hiking, grilling, swings, and pavilions for parties/get togethers. Some water, I believe you can fish, but honestly that's not my thing.

Rented both the East and West Lodge for a baby shower perfect location for 100 people! However there is no running water in either side of the lodge you have to use a water spicket outside so just be prepared if you need to do any cooking or cleaning up! Also remember it's a carry in carry out park so carrying out garbage for 100 people was incredibly inconvenient, however we got it done. It was a baby shower so all vehicles were filled with gifts so we had to stuff garbage into all the cars. Very very very nice venue.

A nice place to fish, canoe or kayak. Small jon boats, canoes and kayaks can be launched off Park St, past the school. The algae mat gets thick in the summer but holds fish before hand.
