I went in for tooth pain. The lady that did my x-rays had zero experience. It took 45 minutes! They were incorrect and my mouth was bleeding. The dentist came over, told me it'd be $2500 for dentures and walked away. Front desk was incredibly rude as well. This place should be closed!

Unfortunately one of the few Medicaid dentists around, their old dentist who I’m pretty sure got fired was unprofessional, smelled bad and never gave me enough novacaine “it’s not brain surgery” he said which didn’t even make sense.new dentist however did a great job and gave me hope except now they won’t return my calls for an appointment for over a month now…

Went in for tooth pain and I explained how I had a very traumatic experience with two dentist prior to my visit with this establishment. I was expecting cavities but with every filling my mouth pain got worse. And when I told the dentist, I had a hole in my back molar she told me she didn’t see anything. You can literally see a black hole with your own eyes but she assured me there wasnt anything there. I went back two more times for my last fillings and saw a different dentist who asked me who did the dental work in my mouth I was complaining about. I explained one of her colleagues. She tried to file some thing down in my mouth, and since I had been there so many times with little relief I just gave up. I came in traumatized and in pain, and unfortunately left even more traumatized and more pain. I dread going anywhere to have them undo what they did and actually address the tooth i am just watching decay. I honestly think i would have been better off if i never came in.

Been going here for years! Now, seems since new ownership, we have a REALLY hard time getting through! Phones not answered timely; on hold, then answered, and placed on hold - several minutes! Finally hung up!

Let's start with the front of the house. The lady at the front desk does seem rude and like your wasting her time every single time I talk to her! They never ever answer their phones and I called and left a message that I was in such bad pain and they didn't even call me back. I eventually got a hold of someone and was seen that day. I was in such bad pain they schedule to come in an hour later to get my teeth pulled. The reason they are so bad is because I am petrified of the dentist. I was so scared and shaking and about to cry! The dentist was so nice, like beyond what he had to be for me! He was so kind and caring and made sure I was ok every step of the way! After the first tooth was pulled he asked if I wanted to continue and he was making it so nice for me that I got another pulled! I was in awe of how he treated me! I wish I had his name to put here. I guess they have changed owners and they said he was the owner I believe!

Extremely unprofessional when it came to dr. Amr he was very unprofessional and repeatedly told me to find a new dentist he was also extremely offel to the assistant who was the only one keeping me from having an extreme mental breakdown.

This office went Downhill!
The old management made this place worth coming to friendly nice respectful. No one answers the phone you have to leave a message and wait until they call back. The ghetto rude nasty tone. Going to this location is the worst! And ghetto and rude! A dental assistant did my filling and I had to come back because he put too much filling it took 15 minutes to lower the filling. As he was drilling in my mouth he kept repeating I’m not supposed to be doing this.

Fat lady with red hair that checks everyone in. Rude and could care less if you wait over an hour for a simple cleaning. This place is horrible the equipment is disgusting.

I had a 3: 30 appointment and it was almost 4: 00. I still wasn't called in. The waiting room was empty! So I asked the receptionist what was going on. She was very snotty and unprofessional. So I had a few words with her. The hygienist then comes out and proceeds to talk over me, telling me that they only have one dentist. I said look did you come out to argue to? She said no I was calling you in. Point is these people set up a 3: 30 appointment I got there early, but if I had got there late there would be a late fee. It's not hard to pick up the phone and tell someone that your running behind to come in later, instead of making people just sit wondering what's going on. But after the commotion with the rude receptionist the hygienist was very nice. The dentist was nice. There was another nicer receptionist I dealt with on the way out. The place is nice. They just have that one bad

Please do not come here. Me and mother had just about the rudest health care associate of all time and I felt very uncomfortable here. Our dentist made nasty comments about our teeth (both me and my mom) that were not appropriate. I understand telling us about our teeth and what we’re doing wrong but this was down right rude and unprofessional. My mother then told me how she shared with the dentist that she was slightly nervous and the dentist went on to say how he “took offense to that” and tried to prescribe my mom with some sort of medication for the next time she came in (WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED) so he could continue another time. I don’t have this man’s name but I pray he gets fired because we no longer feel safe coming here. We told the staff up front about what happened and they didn’t even seem to care all that much, and didn’t give us an ounce of reassurance that it would be handled.

The dentist I had said he could take out my wisdom tooth the people in the front scheduled it so I took work off that day it was wasted and I was very upset I’ve been calling since to cancel my next appointment coming up soon left multiple voicemails and no one answers or calls back very unprofessional I thought this was a healthcare place they clearly don’t care for their patients such a shame

Absolutely do not go here! Female dentist ripped out molar with no novacaine! I felt every single tug and pull. Horrible. When I expressed my pain she said because it’s infected the novacaine won’t work. I was always told you cannot pull an infected tooth? !? !? Well she did. And to top it all off she never even prescribed antibiotics! She was gone so fast after the tooth was out I felt the breeze of her wind she was so quick! No after care instructions, nothing! My wife had to go back in and demand antibiotics! This place should be shut down! They should get negative stars! Do yourself and your family a favor and go somewhere else!

I had an extremely traumatic experience with a dentist in 2002 and was too scared to go back, but finally the situation in my mouth had gotten so bad I couldn't put it off anymore. A friend referred me to CDA. They were very, very good to me. I was petrified and they did everything they possibly could to make it easier for me. When I told them I was autistic, the assistant brought me a blanket to hold for sensory comfort. The dentist did the injections (the worst part) as quickly as humanly possible, and gave me a moment to breathe when ever I started to get upset. During the extractions, I made even the tiniest sound, he stopped what he was doing to make sure I wasn't in pain. At one point he gave me a particularly deep injection which hurt very much so I started to cry, and the assistant wiped my tears which was very sweet. I see a lot of negative reviews here, but at least in my experience they were very caring and did their best to make the experience as easy as possible for me. The only complaint I share with other reviewers is that they really don't seem to ever be able to answer the phone when you call.

It used Cicero Dental Associates in the past and they were great. However my recent visit was less than satisfactory. I scheduled with them to do a routine cleaning and they only did x-rays and then told me I would have to come back for a cleaning- which is fine. I tried to call MULTIPLE times to make an appointment for a cleaning and no one ever answers the phone, so I left messages and I never heard back. That is terrible customer service and a lack of care for their patients. Judging by these previous reviews- other people got the same treatment. What a shame.

This dentist office sucks they NEVER answer the phone. They have been dragging on the procedures that I need for 3 years now and they keep doing the same work everytime I go in. They are not friendly at all. The lady at the main desk screens calls. It take 3 days before you get a call back. Not happy at all with this office.

The WORST dentistry I have ever been to. I would NEVER recommend this place or any of the providers. I’m appalled by the service i received today being a nurse in an office myself. Providers can’t be found when they’re needed, low and behold they’re outside at 4: 30pm while the waiting room is full. And then he returns to the office running around screaming while there are children present and waiting for him. He absolutely REFUSED to see this kid who waited over 15 minutes while the dentist assistant was looking for him. Everybody at the front was nowhere to be found the whole hour I was there and even left before discharging me or setting up my appointment. The ONLY good thing about this place was the dental assistant that did the cleaning. Get your dental services elsewhere. I know I will be.

This office is horrible, first walk in trash was piling out of the can in the waiting room and floor was covered in dirt mud and salt which isn’t the biggest issue, problem was I brought my 13yo sister to her appointment this appointment was rescheduled from an appointment earlier in the week at a different facility but they had a maintenance issue so then here we are, they belittled me cause I was not her parent even though the reason I took her to this appointment was my father took the time off for the previous appointment but due to reschedule he unfortunately couldn’t take her so I offered. The only way they would see her was if they had a verbal consent to treat from our father over the phone which this makes no sense, I’m 25 years old and had all proof of ID and her insurance cards and they still had issues finally they decided to do the proceed with the cleaning and said I can wait in the waiting room cause I wasn’t a parent even though she’s under age which this doesn’t make sense either, and when I went back out to the waiting room the hygienist had the audacity to say “just don’t leave to go to the mall or anything l”

Witnessed staff telling a patient she can’t be seen for dental work because she never scheduled for a cleaning… never heard of this! Patient got irate which I don’t blame her at all and walked away. While staff continued on and on talking about her unprofessional. I clearly walked out and this was a first appointment for me. Worst dental experience ever!

Went for pain in a wisdom tooth that had a cavity (previous place I went for a cleaning sucked and took forever to send referral to get my wisdom teeth out) as well as a loose tooth due to injury. Got me back in within days to get the wisdom tooth removed. Easy and painless and got a referral to an orthodontist.

Booked a regular cleaning get there and they want $66 dor a deep cleaning and refuse to do rwgular cleaning that was scheduled. Been getting run around for entire year. Worst experience with any dentist.hours later and I'm still extremely irate at the experience and ended up walking out without treatment as I felt I was bait and switched.
