Loved my whole experience. The nail techs were really kind and energetic. The place looks small from the outside but once you see the inside you’ll understand the name of the salon. I’ll definitely be back

I highly recommend this location! From the minute my daughter and I walked in the door, we felt welcomed. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They painted my daughter’s (toddler) toes and were very patient and kind to her. She enjoyed every second of it. The place was very clean and well organized. Prices were reasonable and the service was great! We are from out of town but will definitely be visiting again when in town.

I went a little over a week ago to get my nails done before a trip to L. A. It was my first time getting anything other than a basic manicure - I got ANC/dip ($45) with almond filed ($5) tips ($5) and 2 nails "custom painted" ($2). So from what I remember it was $57 total before tip. I brought a reference picture (last pic) and they matched it almost exactly (I opted to go for accent nails with the gold line, not all 10).

A really nice man helped at the start as I described what I wanted and showed the picture. He started buffing and adding tips but after a couple tips I was switched over to Cindy. Both of these people were great for customer service but obviously since Cindy did the majority of my nails I thought she was FANTASTIC. Like I said I never had ANC or tips done before so not gonna lie it looked rough at the start and I asked Cindy if she thought one of the tips looked crooked. She said it wasn't crooked/a mistake and that it lined up with the direction my nail grew in, which I guess grows kind of to the side. But anyways as she kept going it was looking better and better. At the end I felt bad for questioning her and she did such a great job I gave her like a 22% tip I think. I also asked her how long she's been doing nails for before realizing it sounded like I was questioning her skill which was not my intention but anyways she's been doing it since she was a teen and has like 20+ years I think, and I believe her!

10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a high-quality manicure at a very fair price! Pricing is hard to find online but it's laid out very clearly on a big sign in the store.

Amy did such a beautiful job! I got a gel pedicure. Everything was very clean and everyone was very nice. I would recommend coming here!

Used to love this place but it has gone down hill. I went and paid extra for the upgraded pedi with a long massage and while she should have been massaging (after she started the timer and showed me) she went ahead and used all lest 7min of my massage to clean the area. I felt rushed and would not recommend or visit again.

Great service! Everyone cleaned everything immediately after it was used including chairs, pens and the phone. Love my nails they came out great!

Got my nails done there ANC and they broke a day later to use cheap harder for the ANC never had that happen at others places. They charge the same as other place but use cheaper harder for the ANC not good at all

Great service. Only nail salon that i will go to. Cindy & Tina are great at nails and their shapes. 10/10 recommend coming here. Prices are great too.

Very clean! Friendly staff. Walked in on Saturday afternoon for a Mani/pedi with UV gel. Reasonable prices and did not have to wait long! May have found a new go-to nail place

Went here yesterday for a pedicure and SNS manicure. The studio is nice and has a wide selection of colors. The pedicure chairs are not that comfortable and don't have a wide selection of massage. The guy that did my pedicure was very attentive and actually did a great job. My issue with the salon was that to soak off my previous manicure instead of having each finger wrapped with foil, I had to soak my hands in acetone for the entirety of my pedicure. This made me unable to use my phone or ipad with any ease. Then for the manicure, I was transferred to a lady who was EXTREMELY RUDE! She started cutting my finger nails without asking what length I wanted them. She cut my nails down to stubs because she thought I wanted tips on my nails which I DID NOT! I had grown out nails for weeks and was very proud of the length I had gotten them to then she just cut down all my progress without my consent. She was then very rude and insistent that I put tips on my nails when I clearly stated multiple times I did not want tips. My nails were far above my finger tips and now they are all below. It will take me at least a month to grow them back out to where they were and where I liked them. After finally convincing her I did not want tips she was very rude and quite obviously talking to the fellow manicurists next to her. She cut 2 of my fingers and I have been in pain in my fingers since from the cuts. I have had difficulty typing and washing dishes because of it. Also the color I chose was not the color that the powder turned out to be. I picked a light orange color (B107) and now my fingers are bright pink and after all the stress and discord of the nail cutting. I didn't want more conflict so I just went with the bright pink. I now hate the manicure I got and the color. I normally go white or ballet slippers and now have to live with this bright pink manicure. I will 100% NEVER go back and tell everyone I know not to come here.

Terrible people. Please read the reviews on yelp. They are very unprofessional. We had a terrible and extremely threatening experience with them yesterday. We are shook till our core. The lady was screaming at top of her lungs. Intentionally hurting fingers and nails after a very unexpected arguments and accusations from her. We dont know what we did that we ran into this unfortunate incident. Please save your self. The owners did not care to pay attention to our complains. It appears to be a regular agenda for them.

I love this salon. Extremely clean, relaxing, and Cindy is incredible! She has perfect attention to detail, always takes her time, never rushes no matter how busy it is in the salon. I am really particular about my nails and she is SO talented and CONSISTENT which is the best thing. Some of the other staff are hit and miss. However, the male nail tech and the girl who always does my gel manicures (sorry that I don’t know their names!) are reliably good, careful, and produce high quality work. For ANC and designs or ombré, Cindy is my girl! I couldn’t recommend this salon any higher. I’m so happy I found it!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They lack customer service tremendously and the nail quality is the worst I’ve seen in my life.

Let's just say I drive almost 40 minutes to get my nails done. FOURTY. MINUTES. Lol, I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. Everyone is so kind! Andy is my go-to guy, and he is the BEST nail tech I have ever met. Maybe I am a little biased, but it's true! My nails are very thin and break so easily, but Andy always makes them perfect and, knock on wood, I haven't broken any nails in a long time! Cinderella Nail Studio is the BEST nail salon for all your nail needs!
