8The cinnabon are amazing! Nothing special. The boys their were nice and helpful. I love cinnabons. They were and are so delicious. They also have other things like pizza pretzels the smell is amazing!
The employees are knowledgeable about their prices. Also the rolls are really fresh and drinks are good too. They partner with GrubHub if you want it to get delivered. They don’t usually open at the time they say that are open but other than that bakery is fresh. It’s located near the train station.
I encountered food poisoning from the mini hot dogs. I hope the employee actually cook them well for future references but because i am feeling terrible right now i had to share in case anyone experience the same symptoms.
Great customer service cashier named milian is the best made a custom cinnabon for my mother that looked better than the display

Staff is extremely disrespectful! I wouldn’t even give this place one star! One of the females is very rude and arrogant! Another employee shouldn’t have to apologize for her manner

I wouldn’t even give it a star! They don’t open up when it’s supposed to at 8am like website says they open well over 11am with loud music playing I see comments about how friendly they are WHEREEEEEEE only the male employees are nice the females have attitudes or look easily annoyed when asked a question. They gave me a coupon I was about to leave the store when I realized I wanted another pretzel for my son i asked if I can use the coupon now because it was a whole NEW transaction they told me no when i come back another time like really? I almost left & this is a NEW transaction the manager looked annoyed & said “just give it to her” isn’t it customer 1st/friendly? I didn’t even want it at that point since it seemed as if it was a problem I never want to go back in there again but my son loves that place smh.
