Cirella's Restaurant, Melville NY

My friend and I went for lunch yesterday. She enjoyed her branzino and I enjoyed my salad with shrimp. Nolan, our waiter, was terrific! He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. He even suggested getting our cappuccino with whipped cream. Good call Nolan!

Disappointed. Our meal (homemade pasta, with shrimp. Scallops, beans and sun dried tomatoes) was very bland with no flavor at all. Our Server was very sweet, but they were definitely under staffed. Although I must say the baked clams were delicious

NEVER GO HERE! There are TOO MANY NICER local restaurants WITH BETTER FOOD! I bought my son and SIL, BIL and my niece for my my sons birthday on a quiet Monday (memorial day) evening. Upon getting the check, the kids were laughing taking at pictures they were taking close up to uncle/dad. It was adorable.
Walking out an older couple literally called our 5-6 yr old kids “idiots, ” and continued to start w us.
The staff jumped in, yelling at US and were SO UNPROFESSIONAL, disrespectful, the manager got in my SIL’s face, etc.

I like cirella's. Its a good restaurant. When sitting outside its a bit noisy because it is on a busy street (route 110). Food is always good.

Truly one of the best old school Italian restaurants around. Everything is delicious and. The roasted cauliflower is life changing!

Went last Friday afternoon with a friend only to be disappointed with menu. One side had sushi. Had a drink and we left to LaPiazze. They had a great selection and had a great meal. Sorry. Won't be back.

Really excellent place. My team and I stopped in randomly and early for dinner. We all agreed, best Italian we have had in a long time. We will definitely be back.

Service was excellent the food was spot on plus the atmosphere perfect

The food was incredible! However our waitress, Abigail was extremely rude. We are here on business and there were 5 of us. I’m addition to only coming by to bring the food or take orders, she never asked if the checks were separate or together. When she brought one check, we asked if we could separate them. She became extremely rude and crass. She huffed and told us it would “take at least 5 minutes and was an I convenience”. We explained we were sorry but we had to expense our meals per our company policy. She came back once more to complain to us that it was not ideal for her. We apologized again. We did not see her after that. She had the bus boys come get the checks and give us our cards and receipts. Extremely disappointed. Our company travels here often but will not be back.

Don't let the odd combo of Italian and Japanese food confuse or dissuade you. The food is great. Both done very well. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helped the party.

First timer. Brought the kids. Excellent service and food. Great Italian food with great sushi as well. Something for everyone. Would definitely recommend

I recently had family of about 30 people come to the restaurant for drinks and apps. They closed the bar for us and were very welcoming and polite and helpful. Thank you.

Never a bad meal. Best sushi, better than most top notch sushi only restaurants. Can say same of the Italian dishes. Just solid every time

I don't understand the hype. I thought the food was ok, service was ok dining room nothing special. It wasn't bad just kind of ordinary. Parking is a nightmare.

The service was good and so was the food, I was a Lil surprised at how busy it was around lunch time, but nevertheless everything was good

The food is pretty good, the atmosphere is nice but the service is hit or miss when we first started to go here the service has improved but any restaurant will have the same issues. We go here once a week.

I was in the area for a work training and wanted a tasty, quality salad for lunch. I ordered a salad to go from this restaurant. While awaiting for the salad to be ready, I went to the restroom. A waitress looked me up and down and in a demeaning and belittling tone said, “excuse me…. Excuse me”. This waitress proceeded to look at me scornfully as if I did not deserve to be there or belong there. Being the only Black woman in this restaurant at the time made this belittling incident feel as though I was being targeted. I will never suggest coming to a place that can make one feel as uncomfortable, unsafe and humiliated as I did here.
