This space was great for an evening reception. Our point of contact, Marine, was incredibly helpful throughout the process from a site visit to loading out in the freight elevator. Highly recommend this space for your next event!

I would give negative if I would! Booked it through peerspace and made payment on Feb 6th 2019 for our company's DCAT annual wine tasting party on March 20th 2019. Provided everything they asked for (company's good standing report etc.) and signed an official contract with them. Feb 19th: just a simple notice that their management decided not to rent it to us and that is it! Called back 3 times for explanation yet no picking up the phone ever. This is extremely rude and unprofessional for any business. A lot of invitations to our guests were out and we spent time and effort for other arrangements like catering based on it. Yet they did not care. Peerspace said they would investigate on it and give full punishment. Just a reminder, do NOT count on them obeying the contact for your important event to be held there, they can just cancel for whatever reason without any explanation and respond!
