Will NOT use Citi for anymore financial services again in my life. They suck!

To all residents living in this area, take this important advice: never bring your valuable money and any sort of business to this branch of CitiBank, they provide the worst service with the lowest efficiency. You’ll never hear from them again and get any support from the branch once they had your money.

Terrible branch. The workers are absolutely incompetent. They repetitively told me erroneous information and where incapable of helping me. They are also slow and rude. I went there multiple times always hoping that I just had dealt with a bad employee. They do have a few ok ones but most people working there are not competent.
