Not good customer service you sign in to see someone they dont even get up to see who is next if your not alert you will get skipped they are not very helpful neater they rush you out as soon as what you came for is done will not be returning here

This citi bank branch, no one pick up your call! It's like the phone number don't work! I made an appointment through my app and I change the date but they keep sending me messages about the appointment date that I change from, telling me I have an appointment. Trying to get in touch to let them know but no one picks up. I'm wondering if I have to make an appointment to call this citi bank branch by phone?

The worst branch we are customer for more than 10 years and we have an issue they never fix then send you to one clerk to another and anyones know what they are doing we spend days and days on the same an still don't fix anything. We are tired of it

This particular bank is well managed. The employees are helpful, professional, and keep you informed as to whatever problem is causing long wait times.

They give out false information, they have people here working who are from a different branch and give out the wrong information. If you dont speak spanish they will give you attitude. If y'all need help on your accounts go somewhere else

Most of the workers there have nasty attitudes and are miserable. I came in today at around 3pm to speak to someone regarding my account. Then you have one female employee in the back arguing and yelling on her cellphone. Terrible. Then I hear another employee talking rude to a customer in the front counter.
