This bank is notorious for bad customer service. If there's ever a decent employee here, they quickly leave. Only reason I'm here is for my parents who can't seem to let go of their "loyalty" to the people.

The most unprofessional employees and had to wait more than 30 minutes to deposit a check. But could not. Manager should be ousted.

Been a customer for over 20 years, got fraudulent activity and account was closed, was informed late on Sat by Online Banking Support team and was asked to reach the branch to activate new account, 5 minutes late and the rep didn't open the door, explained to her about my situation, she just didn't care, had to send money to wife that day Sat, couldn't do it. Absolute unprofessional manner of the rep. Staff, 5 to 7 years ago was good but these new, mostly Local Community's people, need some Crash Courses on Customer Support.

The Bank is Not that specious but still it has some good staff. The air conditioner didn't provide as much cold as it was supposed so the experience was not that great for me that day. The current manager is pretty nice and always will try to help you if you ask. As a financial perspective I cannot give any insight as I'm not a financial advisor.

I just want to start by saying that… the customer service sucks at that place. And number two, the female manager that they had; she was always with attitude when customers ask for something and lastly the ATM MACHINES never work specially the 2 on the outside of Hillsise Avenue I mean it’s just amazing how that place operates.

I’ve been to this place almost thrice already and I love it. From the banker - saima - to alex at the register were super helpful and patient moreover it was always a pleasure meeting Danny and getting all the advices.
Lines are not that long to be honest but I mean which bank is perfect ryt?
I highly suggest this place.

Pathetic staff, they didnt even try to help me with my situation. Just kept on arguing and insisting they could not help and that their was no solution, so disgusting. Got my issue resolved at the branch in bellerose.

Worst Banking experience ever. Poor customer service. Banker was not clear on whether the card issued to me was a temporary card or permanent. I was having issues with depositing funds into my card and the banker was argumentative as to me needing to order a new card, but could not tell me what the source of the issue was. Eventually her manager had to get involved for her to call Citi help hotline. Banking is not simple with this branch, and they are giving Citibank a bad reputation.

Manager really don't care about the customers. I made a appointment with Yasmine sultana. When I went there manager told me to wait. I waited 1 hours then she said to come back another day. Why she made me wait hour and told me to come back. Without customers you can't have this place. Bankers takes 1 hour with 1 client while other people are waiting. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THESE ISSUE.

VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS BRANCH. TERRIBLE CUSTOMERSERVICE. I WAITED HOUR TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT. THEN MANAGER SAID TO ME COME BACK ANOTHER DAY. I HAD A APPOINTMENT. WHY SHE MADE ME WAIT AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK NEXT DAY? MANAGEMENT NEED TO BE REPLACED.

Ms. Nally Hirala is completely unprofessional. I went there Wednesday at 3pm and after 40 mins waiting by 3: 40 pm she refused to help me by saying she is done for the day! She told me to reschedule. When I go next day she said she has meeting so she can't help me!

I honestly don't recommend CitiBank to anyone. They have the worst service ever. Don't ever go to them for your bank services!

This was by far a contrast to the low experience I was expecting after reading all the 1 and 2 star reviews. The environment inside is clean and I did not have to wait in a long line. The floors are adequately and clearly marked for social distancing and every employee was adhering to face mask mandates.

I came in without my ATM card because it is in the process of being replaced. I noticed that many reviewers were upset that the teller would ask them about the origins of their checks and what not. This is certainly not casual talk, I am under the impression that they ask these questions for verification purposes.

For example, they asked if I get direct deposit with my job because I was submitting a physical work check to be deposited after verifying my identity. Once you've answered everything as honestly as you could and explained why so is so, it helps the teller feel more confident about processing whatever it is that you need to process.

They, in fact, do need to care about where your money came from and I am certainly calling out people for not being mindful as to the purpose of what many consider "invasive" questions (specifically MIA L). As a former payroll personnel, we work with a lot of financial institutes to verify checks, income information, etc; these questions and the answers that come from them are valuable in these matters. As a CompTIA Security+ certified individual, I can tell you now that there are a million and one methods used by fraudsters/scammers and it is certainly a big concern for banks. So please do not be dissuaded when they ask you these questions.

As for the others, you have to understand that these are human beings behind the counter. NONE of you are more important than the next person. If there is a line, so be it. You wait in it. Don't be so entitled to post a 1 star review because you had to wait or you weren't seen right away. These people have jobs to do and while they may look like they're not doing anything, they may certainly be. You are not them. BUT if they really aren't doing anything, in their defense, that must be their break time or breathing time - DONT dare expect service employees to cater to you as soon as you ask for them. They are not your servants.

Terrible. My tellers name when I got there was Saima Jerin. She was unprofessional as to asking how I was given a check from my college. None of your business. Your job is to process my check for me. It isn’t your business to know how clients get their money. Very unprofessional. Don’t like nosy tellers asking me about my money.
