Very poor speed of service. A number of people working, same number of people in line. Yet, still an outrageous wait.

Very poor service. As a Citigold client for over 20-years, it took over one year (12-months) to schedule a call with Audrey Sanders, and even when I had the appointment with her, she missed the call 3x and now, even after 18-months, I've never had any support from my incompetent financial advisor. I tried to transfer, but it required this advisor to approve of my transfer. I am going to escalate and request to have my financial advisor transferred. It's not worth waiting for another 12-months to gain support. I have a long email thread with several of the various financial representatives at this branch, and they all were not capable of providing the services I am requesting.

The staff here is experienced and helpful. I have been able to schedule appointments both virtually and in person, which is very convenient. The bankers are knowledgeable and have provided valuable advice to me on new products and services.

HORRIBLE BRANCH!

I made a few virtual appointments, yet I was never called. I tried to call this branch multiple times (during appointment windows) yet all of their employees were too busy to pick up my call.

So I had to go in person. But there was a time when I walked into the branch during my appointment window, my originally scheduled banker was taking care of another client, telling me “I didn’t know I had an appointment. ” I was told to wait for like half an hour, even during my appointment window, and my originally scheduled banker was still too busy. Another banker took care of me.

This originally scheduled banker is apparently too busy. I emailed him twice, never heard back. He promised to solve something and get back to me within a few days, and he never did. I had to call Citi hotline to go through more than a month’s wait.

Not only does this Citibank branch suck, the Citi hotline was (sometimes) horrible too. One of the females I spoke to was VERY RUDE and of course, unhelpful - my Citibank card has been suspended from Apple Pay by Citibank, because they can’t verify my account, and “Citibank does not know whether and when it will verify my account, maybe tomorrow, maybe never” and “there’s nothing [I] can do”. A few months later, now I still cannot use Citibank card on my Apple Pay!

Citibank is the WORST.

The security guard Brosnahan I believe, was out of control this evening: I was standing by the counter in front of the window that is on 111th and Broadway. Looking at my magazine: this security person comes in and says you can't stay here. Within a few seconds I put away the magazine and then I walked over to the atm.walked over to the atm.
