Citibank, Brooklyn NY

This is THE slowest teller service bank I have ever been in all over the world. Not sure if people in the neighborhood always have problems or this is a training ground. Hope citibank opens the Bedford ave branch for teller service soon.

This branch is racist. I owed money on a TD bank account that showed on chexsystems I paid it off and because of that ONE account even being paid they refused to open a account for me. I went to another branch and they opened the account for me and welcomed me with big hands. Don’t go to this branch!

If if find a branch worst than this i want truly to know because customer service here is $%^&, workers SUCKS for really. Why is still there this location?

Horrible 1-800 customer service. Idiots closed all branches in MA and don't have any Citi branded ATMs, can't withdraw from International account without fees, can't make any cash deposits to US accounts either. And now major issues wiring my money out and closing this acc for good.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone at this brand via telephone. Employees don't answer and you get automatically transferred to Citi Bank call center which is useless.

The worst branch I know. As a 16 year customer, their attitude, non attention and arrogance is bar none. Way to drive away customers. Avoid at all cost.

Steve Walczak helped me open two accounts and stayed after closing to finish the process. Very glad I picked the Greenpoint branch. Will recommend to friends!
