If I could give minus stars I would. Christina the supposed Assistant Manager ignored providing customer service since 1: 30 until 4: 20 is when I walked out quietly assuring the security guard that its not going to be a positive review/survey/rating. She was answering personal
Calls and saying to whoever was on the calls that she” can’t do a video call right now”. The whole time she kept walking around the lobby fixing chairs and LOUDLY saying that she did not want a poor survey. And then waited by the outside door so she could seat the customers for the teller and there I was waiting for her since before she went on lunch break. And the branch manager left precisely at 3: 40 and waved bye to all the tellers. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I’ve been waiting 3 hours to open a checking account. 3 hours! Time is money, so don’t expect much from a bank that wastes your time.
You can open a Capital One checking account online.

I called and spoke with the manager at this location who lacks professionalism and leadership skills. She put me on hold for 30 minutes instead of answering my questions she dismissed me. When I called back multiple times I was hung up on. I am confused as to why I am being treated this way when at no time I disrespected her. I did not even realize there was an issue until I was being ignored and hung up on. Please avoid this location your needs will not met.

It is disheartening that I lost a loved one who had an account with this branch. I am simply trying to gather information on how to recover the funds that were left behind. This will be required to proceed with the next chapter. The manager is not taking into consideration how difficult this process has been. On top of that covid has affected jobs and proper burials of loved our loved ones. This is not how you treat the family Member of a loyal customer who passed away. With the economic crisis Citibank should be supporting their customers every way they can but unfortunately that has Not happened. I am very disappointed.

The manager at this branch is rude. I do not recommend Citibank to anyone. Do not trust this location with your money. They could careless about you and your needs. Corporate will be hearing from me.

I went yesterday and I had a question so the lady on the front desk send me with someone on customer service and as soon as I arrived to her desk she with a nasty attitude said Im not taking anyone and I said they send me here and I just have a question and she kept saying Im not seeing anyone and I don’t have time for your questions, this branch is the worst at customer service, why you work as a customer service if you don’t have the patience to deal with customers? I don't know her name but she is Spanish I hope someone talk to her about this

Terrible Customer Service, waiting for a very long time with only one banker available! Absolutely Garbage, 2 took break at the same time leaving only one banker to assist with customers

Full of incompetent employees. Every time i go there they make some mistakes and i have to go over and over to solve the problem. They need to train their employees to be competent.

I come here to bank only because of Sharon. She was recommend by Syed and I am have transferred all my accounts including all my family members. People like Sharon really make a huge difference when it comes to Friendly Banking:)

I've never been to a branch where everyone, even the managers have zero customer service. This branch needs to either close or get everyone to train on how to treat customers because everyone is just nasty and rude. I had a manager tell me "then why you come here? Go sonewhere else". Unfortunately for me, that's the closest branch I have from my job. Also, the wait time there is ridiculous. I go to make deposits for the company I work for and there's either no teller on the business window or they see people get on that line and make us go on the regular line. There's always two or three tellers working everytime I'm there. This is the worst branch in jamaica. Nothing compared to the branch on 169 street and hillside. Avoid going to this branch because people obviously hate doing their job there.

I had an emergency, My wallet was stolen and I went to do a $50 withdrawal, I asked them if they can please do a emergency withdrawal. I knew my social security number, all my account information, even my pin and they did not help me at all. I asked to speak to the supervisor someone with the name of VIVIAN MEDINA came she did not acknowledged the fact that I had my wallet stolen, very rude did no offer any help what so ever. No humanity at all. $50 withdrawal would have really helped me to get by after a bad experience of loosing my wallet. I understand rules can not be broken, but they should really learn how to be human. Horrible experience, I would never recommend any one to bank here, specially deal with this type of people. Horrible experience. After getting my ID I will definately go back to that location and close my account and tell my whole family how $50 changed my way of thinking about this bank.

Definitely look out for Danielle Porter, she is amazing. Sharon Dexter is the person to go to when opening your bank account, she is very professional and also I have to give a shout out to lady who wears Hijab/Scarf (Quamrun Naher) truly went above and beyond to get my $2 Bills. It's people like her that makes me stay loyal to CitiBank and keeping my CitiGold and Citibusiness accounts within citi!

As a citi Gold client and having various business accounts, I love this branch solely because of its friendly and professional staff. My client recommend I come to this branch and seek help from an employee name Sharron and she is someone who helped me tremendously with all my banking needs.highly recommend her, very professional and and knowledgeable.

This location their services is horrible & for Coustomer service you need to wait at least an hour. Manager of the branch is such an ass hole he don't know how to manage & behave with his Coustomer.i saw how he treat with people & he argued with people.so my conclusion manager is not a gentleman & he must removed from this branch.love you Citi good bye this location
