7I've had this Citibank account for more than 40 years. Unbelievable that I don't have a personal relationship manager, that they don't answer the phone, and that I cannot get in touch with a live person at my branch - I've made several attempts in the last few days and cannot get through to anyone. I have a question that cannot be answered online or by their online chat people (they tried). They can only refer me to phone numbers in which, after many voice-activated prompts and answers, lead me into automated voice-prompt circles. Customer service at Citibank is zero.
The branch with the worst customer service in the neighborhood. Long waiting without proper dispatcher in place. Notary service is no longer available but without any announcement or sign on site. Staff also failed to carry clear customer communnitions for customer's questions.
Another great example of poor customer service and little flexibility. Branches closes the door at before 5pm. Even the post offices are more flexible. The security guard would not even be kind providing the information. We really don't need this kind of branches. #useless
Never got my referral bonus. My “personal banker” not working in this branch anymore. And every body else just didn’t care. I can’t recommend this Bank.
Nice people but not enough people. Most people have time to hit the bank at lunchtime. Each time I walk into this Citibank at lunch they have MAYBE 2 people working. Sometimes it's 1, sometimes it's 2. And each time I'm stuck standing there for forever. Last week I stood there and watched 2 people in front of me give up and leave. So.if lunchtime is your only time to go to the bank, don't go to this branch.
I went to do a payment the other week and a banker blocked my card by mistake. No apology since then. RIP
Nice people at this branch, but they don't pick up the phone. Ever. Which routes you back to the main Citi Cust Service line. So if you have a branch-specific issue and can't get to the branch, good luck.
