8This Citibank is very good no lines when u walk in people use the atm machibes here a lot so that you might find with you waiting for 2 or 3 minutes to use. The clerk service here is very good professional people who will get your bank needs done as quickly as possible if yo+I recommend this branch they will take care of you fast
I had a very good visit at this bank, for my first time going to this branch. The employees here are very professional and helpful. The bank is also spacious and on the ground floor, a plus for older folks who may not be able to use the stairs or escalators.
The bank teller was very friendly and greeted me with a genuine, friendly smile. He made my banking experience pleasant. He was very professional. I can't recall his name, but I think it began with the letter A.
I would recommend that folks visit this branch location.
Its rather welcoming for a fellow new Canadian to find out the clerk doesnt want to break up $100 bills, just because I dont have an account with them yet. /sarc
Never an issue with any banks before, and its not like they are busy at the time - I was the only person in the queue.
I stopped by a few days ago and had such a great experience. The tellers, bankers and managers were so friendly and willing to help. I felt so taken care of when I left. I have never had such a positive experience as the one I did this day. Thank you Citi!
