Terrible! Manager refused to open an account for me because I had New Jersey Drivers License and not New York Drivers License. She told me to go to New Jersey to open an account.

A week ago I wasted time and money going to this bank only to arrive and see a closed sign. Since then I been calling to check if they are open but no one picks up the phone. I dont want to waste money and time commuting to the bank and not be sure it’s open.so now i have to visit one much further away just to deposit checks for someone.

I won’t give even a half star, very terrible teller service, tell me need make a request to withdraw a couple thousand dollars. Terrible service ever see！

We just opened a buisness account today, amazing customer services! Very informative and such gentle staff. I accidentally gave the teller an extra $100 for a deposit and she noticed that mistake and gave it back, very happy! Thank you!

I won’t give any star if possible! Terrible customer service, very unprofessional! The management is useless, can’t solve any problems! The manager named Mindy Ly is so ridiculous and she is Disrespectful to an elderly woman just because the woman wanted to asks her a question, she was rushing the lady and said hurry up I need to go lunch! I need to buy a certified check and she asked me a lot of personal questions. Waited for like 2 hours and can’t solved any problems. Had been with HSBC almost 15 years, never had that issues. Very bad experience and decided to close all the accounts! Do yourself a favor, don’t deal with this bank if possible transfer your accounts to Chase Bank (next door) please!

I won‘t give even a star if possible, very poor customer service, much worse than HSBC. I went to the bank，and many people waiting on line, it's gonna take few hours for wait; so I called and no one pick up the phone, been tried for different numbers and still no one answer the phone.

The mobile app service also useless, you can‘t even change your online user ID and password at all，it just show you the phone number again to call, but if no one gonna answer the phone, then why are you telling people to call? How ridiculous of this Citizens Bank, worst service

This bank is awesome! Employee greeted me with a warm welcome. I was referred by a friend of mine. Just opened a new business account with banker, Stephanie Chen and manager, Mindy Ly. Very professional and courteous. Mindy was very friendly and patient, despite the system not working properly yesterday and alot of customers waiting in the lobby. She managed to work it out with Stephanie to open my business account successfully with my brother. I’m so happy with the service that I plan on opening a personal account soon scheduled with Mindy. She also mentioned about the great HELOC promotion. Highly recommend to bank with this place.

Branch is very welcoming. Great service. Staff very friendly. Just opened a new business checking account with manager, Mindy Ly, she was so friendly and professional. She was able to assist my elderly mother with her debit card issues. I decided to switch over my relationship to Citizens because the service is so much better here.

Always had a great experience with this bank, been banking here for over 27 years, I'm only staying with citizens new bank because of the professional staff. My wife, Mary chin and I each brought in more money to open the new promotional savings account with Mindy Ly, such a sweet person. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend this bank.

Great customer service, the tellers are so helpful and fast. Had to switch from capital one to citizens bank cause it’s closer to my location. But they are much better the capital one, happy with the switch!

Waiting time is 2-3 hours. Clercs are not professional and can’ t resolve any problem. Managers are not efficient and dont get involved when its needed. Do yoursrlf a favor. Go yo the different bank

Waiting on line for a teller with 15 other people. You know what the workers do at this moment? They take a selfie. No apologies. The audacity. This is what they call customer service.
Other people on line were saying there was a long line of around 15-20 just the previous day. Looks like the low quality service of HSBC is now the low quality service of Citizens Bank.
