We’re not satisfied with customer service.if someone working with the customers service he Have to learned first than send in a branch.like sazad he don’t know how to maintain the customers.
I had personal accounts (checking and savings) for over 3 years as well as business accounts, my accounts combined per month held $20,000-$25,000 per month. The customer service, communication, and management of the teams here are horrible. I closed out my accounts this past week and moved to Apple Bank. Customer service and communication is better elsewhere. Avoid HSBC especially this branch as well as the one on 68th and 3rd for any type of banking. Avoid like the plague! Do not trust them with any of your money period. Horrible experience! Horrible!
