Citizens, Rochester NY

Atm been broken for 3 months. I don't know what take so long to repair it.frustrating thar you have to go all the way to the other location to get money out.or you can pay fees somewhere else.pretty embarrassing

I have mixed reviews over Citizens Bank all depending on the location Culver Eastridge Plaza seems to be by far the best the most customer service oriented and even with only a couple people in line the branch manager Sam came out and helped phenomenal he deserves a raise

Went to ATM to withdraw cash and instead of having a warning there was no cash in the machine it made you go through all the motions. Was really depressing watching a full line of cars wait, wait, wait, and drive away empty handed to have to drive to another branch. Not a great bank if you can't get your own money. If you call they'll tell you they have "lots of great features", but I think a bank's most important feature is access to my money. (And if you see me in the reviews of two branches it's because it happened the last two times I went to withdraw cash at two different ATMs so I'm leaving a note at both)
