4Good bank but terrible hours. My local Glen Street branch is only open 9am to 4pm. I work a normal full time job 8am to 4: 30pm so I'm only able to use the ATM to make deposits. Wish they were more avialble to people with full time jobs. I had to open a 2nd account with glens falls national in order to meet my banking needs. I'm considering closing out my account entirly for a bank that has better hours.

This is not a reflection of the staff as they’ve always been great to deal with when I’ve been able to get to the branch within business hours. The hours they keep are hard for anybody that works a 9 to 5 job during the week and if you want to use the ATM after hours to make a cash deposit, that feature has been down for months with their current ATM
