The absolute WORST customer service and experience I’ve ever had at a bank. They’re understaffed and the staff that is there doesn’t know what they’re doing. For context I don’t have a bank account but my job pays out with citizens checks. I’ve cashed many at another branch but the lady’s at this location refuse to cash my checks, even having explained how urgent my situation was. They were rude and when asked why they said because it’s up to them and they didn’t feel like it.

At the start they had some rough spots.however this branch has improved and still continues to do so. I have been pleased at the service of this branch and am impressed at the fact that they are striving to become even better.
