3Need to extend hrs especially for Fridays. Like any other bank that is open till 6. Customer service needs serious attention when calling the toll free number and in person. Ready to close my account after nearly 15 yrs. Very unhappy
Citizens doesn’t take care of thier customers they anihalated us with fees and won’t reimburse them don’t bank with this bank
Absolutely disgusted with the branch hours. I do a majority of my banking online. Because I work such a crazy schedule. But, to not be open like all the other banks until 6p at all of their locations is infuriating! I have been to 2 different locations rushing out of work only to find out that location is not open sorry for the inconvenience. I used to love this bank because of the great hours and flexibility. Definitely looking into a different bank that has more branch availability.
