Their page says they open at 8am but I was there at 9: 30am and it was closed. You shouldn't list hours that are wrong and misleading.

My eyebrows came out decent but I would never recommend this location it’s not worth the subpar service and dealing with the rude workers. The threader had the audacity to request additional tip and reprimand me for not giving her more money on an already overpriced service. There are way better locations in the surrounding areas. Don’t bother with this one

Is the best place to have your eyebrows done so beautiful Brazilian wax. Your wax everywhere in your body. Is the best place for any beauty you will need. Very high quality in professionalism in cleaning and great a d excellent hygiene.

I purchased a “deep cleaning “ facial. I not only left with more SCARS! But also product in my eye! (My vision was blurry until I cleared by tear ducts and rinsed my eyes with water) Also, my face still had SEVERAL VISIBLE black heads And clogged pores on my chin, on my cheeks, forehead, everywhere. In addition, the very next day, I had 2 new pimples. I had advised her that she missed to extract those pimples.she said there was nothing there and then was about to poke my face with a metal tool AFTER finishing the entire facial. Which is a big no no! Bc at this point your pores are already closed! Smh

During the process I had to tell her to unclog the pores that I knew were clogged (that she didn’t even touch or bother to look at)

Overall it was a very rushed and unprofessional process. They really don’t care to offer a professional facial. And for the price, it SHOULD be nothing less than sanitized and professional.

Only services I trust certain individuals with at this establishment is eye brow threading and Brazilian wax. Again, only specific girls within the establishment care and do a decent job.

Avoid both for Facials!

I got my lashes done here and it was painful. Trying to take them off was even WORSE.they use so much glue & my real lashes were just falling off with the extensions. They did my eyebrows well so i guess they could get 2 stars from me

I had a TERRIBLE experience in this place. I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. I specifically told the woman doing my eyebrows not to leave them too thin. When she was done, she threaded off HALF of my eyebrows which took me months to grow out. When I complained and told her that she made them too thin, she continuously said “No they’re not, no they’re not”. Everyone realized how thin my eyebrows were after she did them. The customer service is terrible, the women who work here are rude and I never feel welcome coming in here. I will never go into this place ever again and I do not recommend it to anybody.

So far I've only gone once, but I will go again. Went for full leg wax, it was quick and virtually painless. Afterward she was concerned from some redness near my knee, but I assured her that's normal for me. Excited to try henna next time.

This place is absolutely horrible. St Nicholas b/w 181st and 182nd. First the customer service is horrible. The ladies are SO RUDE. They look and act like they do not want to be there. Also they talk to each other in their language and it is SO obvious they are talking about you. I went there for a simple eye brow thread and she cut a quarter of my eyebrow off. Literally there is a CHUNK missing. In addition when I questioned her about the chop she proceeded to say no I did not, your eyebrow was like this, blah blah blah. SO RUDE and I will never be back. I cannot imagine the service of this place.

Cheap and cheerful, needed eyebrows done and was in the area for work. Great work done, speedy queue too. Would have rated excellent but they don't have frosted glass windows which means everyone on the street can see you getting your hairs pulled out, ooh err! Eyebrows are $6 not $8 as advertised on the site.
