City Center, White Plains NY

The White Plains, New York State, City Center used to be a family friendly destination for shopping, dining and theater entertainment.
It has recently become a nefarious meeting place for human traffikers to "blend into the community" by displaying available young girls right out in the open in the restaurants, theaters and retail stores, thereby avoiding online surveillance and then making texting-locations- connections [TLC] at surrounding hotels and doorman buildings.
It's becoming a REALLY BIG PROBLEM NOW that law abiding families have to be forced to work and live right in the middle of these trafficker's dangerous and illegal activities.

Plenty of parking, clean, good service at shoprite but.garage filthy, escalators not working for $1 an hour, shame on WP.

Very clean and bright mall. Nordstrom Rack has a particularly excellent collection and the staff is super nice and very helpful.

Nice little shopping center with a movie theater, Barnes & Nobles, Nodstrom Rack, Target, ShopRite and a couple of places to eat. The Place is nice for the most part, and one of the few places left to find several things in one location now that there are two fewer malls in the area.

I like going to shopRite, I don't like burlington.the lines to pay are long and many times there are only two cashiers.

Very well put together. Clean and not to much hustle and bustle. Very well laid out and honestly a nice escape from all the otherr malls and city centers

I went to Barnes & Noble. Also has Buffalo wild wings, Target and a nice movie multiplex just to name a few.

This place is good, but the parking garage is such a horrible disaster. The escalators there are always out of service along with an elevator at the rear of the garage. The rest of the mall is still good on the other hand.

The nathans concession stand were selling stale old pretzels! I ended up returning the pretzel and in return got another old stale pretzel. I would never eat anything from there!

It's the only place to shop for clothes, groceries and anything you need for the home

It's nice to buying stuff. Also Safety even at night. Nordstrom rack, target, ShopRite are my favorite place to go.

Shoprite. Burlington. Target. Movie theater and more all in one place. Clean. Well maintained.

Beautiful and pleasant A place where you can spend the day visiting many stores, you can find variety places to buy some snacks, and there are stores that offer natural juices, etc.you can entertain yourself all day very nice. I liked it.

Vasken Salon is amazing and right in the middle of everything. VASKEN is amazing and his staff is truly special. Just the best place to be and you look fabulous when you leave!

I hate that you have to pay $1.00 for an hour of parking just to do an in-store pickup. There should be 15 minute parking available.

A newer addition to white plains duong my childhood. Great businesses, and the movie theater is my spot. Parking is widely available

Saw John Wick 4 in their IMAX theater. LOVED it! Clean, quiet, with respectful patrons. I'd rather travel up to White Plains and explore the stores and the area rather than go to the City. Will definitely return!
