14Despite scheduling an appointment, I was left waiting around for quite a bit of time on a few occasions. I called in the morning of for a gel manicure/regular pedicure and it looks like my 2 year old niece painted my nails. It was weird balance of being very rushed and a lot of waiting around. I was there for an hour and a half and within 2 days, both my toes and nails have chipped/peeled off. I’m not one to complain, but being charged $60 for a botched job leaves me extremely unimpressed when my nails didn’t look remotely nice - a lot of bumps and brush marks. Would have been better off not accepting my appointment request if you were that short staffed.
Everyone was very friendly, but my gel nails have started to peel off the same day and almost all of them have peeled off on their own the day after! If you go here I would definitely not recommend getting gel nails or any type of ANC
The owner is rude.but the nails are lovely but a bit bumpy.the owner is rude because he said what did I put on my nails and I said nail glue he said "that's what I thought" the owner is rude but is a ok nail salon.
I went in for a regular manicure last week and will not go back. My nails after a few hours are bumpy chipped bubbly and uneven. General quality of service for just a regular manicure is bad. Plus for a regular manicure they charged me $20. Pretty ridiculous for the quality of work
My nails came out very nice but I was charged $45 to get them filled in after I was told it was $35 two days prior, $6 is a bit extreme for covid fee.
Never had a problem nails done beautifully every time i visit great service & very professional work!
Ugh - packed in like anchovies - leg massage hurt - pedicure smudged altho was told it was set - would not accept $30 gift certificate with $5 cash for a $28 pedicure plus a $7 tip -no tipping value from gift card. I was told I could use gift card for next time but I told them to charge me $30 + I left $7 in cash - ugly experience.
Tiffany did a great job on my ANC, better than others I have had in the area! I will be going back:)
I got a regular manicure. It was a little pricey ($15) however the guy I got (small short older guy) took his time and did a nice job. I am happy.
I was going there for a few months & the same guy did my nails. He talked about his personal life & felt really uncomfortable. He even asked weird questions about mine! Last time I went there I had perm.french tips filled by the owner. He was in such a rush that it came out HORRIBLE! When I asked if he could fix it he told me "next time I fix". I told him I was going away the next day & he just blew me off!
Absolute WORST experience I've ever had, I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and they're lumpy and entirely too thick, she cut my nails WAY too short and it just looks ridiculous! I will NOT be going back, they were extremely unprofessional about correcting the issue as well. (therefore it wasn't corrected and I was still charged full price)
A reservation does not matter to this place. Andifyouare going in a group they will tell you they will seat you together. But when you show up they will split you up. Horrible customer service.
I stopped by today to see if I can make an appointment next week to get acrylics done for the first time. It was after 7 and they'd be closing in less than an hour. There were two people in there waiting before me. Huey actually got to me around 7: 55 and stayed until 8: 45 doing my nails. Went above and beyond. Thank you so much, I love my nails and will definitely be back!
I'm a local and get my nails done here every 3 weeks with Huey. The staff is always friendly, and have great colors!
