I wanted to like this salon but unfortunately it’s didn’t work for me. The staff is nice. I have been here 4 times. First time was with Asian guy who was fluent in English. He did a good job. Second time I was directed to an Asian man who spoke no English and he didn’t do anything I asked for even after the initial guy translated for him. Third time was a female and she did a good job but not what I asked for and my last time I was directed to the non speaking Asian man again and I even showed him a video and pictures of me and how I like my hair styled plus the female translated and I still didn’t get what I want. NEVER AGAIN. Another thing: Please turn on AC in summer. The open door for air circulation does not work for everyone.

OMG, I have been going to Helen for over 20 years! Never thought about writing a review. Well, here I am.what can I say, the price can not get any more competitive.she makes me look great! Get my haircut every two weeks because of weird hair characteristics. Helen is a good person. I can confidently highly recommend her.

City of fashion hair cut and saloon is the best in Elmhurst. Owner is very nice person and good professional hair cut. My hair cut with her since 2006 to now.

Helen is Amazing! Always feeling beautiful when I leave. Staff is great and their attention to details is beyond perfection. Let's put this way, I fly from Texas every 9-10 weeks to get my hair done.
