Amazing service, Alfred Tavarez was very helpful and made the process quite smooth. Everyone was pleasant, and over all have no complaints on the customer service. Mike was also of great assistance, making the financial aspect also quite easy to understand. Would totally recommend city world toyota to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Horrible! Wasted 7 hours and when I tried to leave, they told me 15 more minutes. What can you do for me in the last 15, that you haven't done in the last 7 hours. Mind you, all I did for 7 hours was wait, no paperwork, nothing was done!

Imma give it a 5 now but let's see i bought a car March 1st but couldn't drive out without any titles now there waiting I aint goin to say no names yet or nothing but im still waiting for them to get titles also I want to change my car option because I don't know about the first choice there all nice in there I give them that but the hold up and still with no car I hope I get it before my birthday April 7th now if I don't get a nice car by then, well then I update this but so far I'm giving it a 5 even thou im upset with the process. But like I said I will update it again if my needs are not met.

I got the highlander & I love it! Jose Duran is helped me with my purchase and he had great customer service! Go to him to purchase your car he’s the best.

I wouldn't recommend no one to go there they need to close it down you have to be careful they'll give you a different vehicle I said that's the vehicle you brought

I went in after receiving a call from sales rep Bianca about a leased car I no longer had. I now had a financed 2014 Rav4 which I was bored with. After reviewing my best options on paying off this 2014 Toyota, Bianca was able to put me in a beautiful shiny black 2018 Rav4. She was professional, courteous, understanding - to the point I am trying to convince my son to go get a car from her!

Won't recommend this location to any future buyers. These people are very nice to you prior to buying the vehicle, but after doing so, they never pick up the phone for assistance, and I was missing a key that they refused to give me without payment. Wish I would have bought my vehicle elsewhere.
