I went to City World Toyota for parts. I was told the part could be ordered, delivered the next day. The part was there the next day. On point.

It was ok took long for inspection got there at 8: 30 appointment for 9 left @ a quarter to 12 people that got there after me left before me didn't understand that

I bought my vehicle from Toyota World. When I would go to your repair place it was horrible. The woman representative always had an attitude and overcharged compared to estimates by men and make me wait. I even had my car locked away and never worked on and they closed and I had to wait for someone to GIVE ME MY CAR. Good thing I caught the gate as it was going down! If you don't speak SPANISH good luck! Last I checked money was green in the USA. This place scary! And when I complained about this no one absolutely no one apologized.
And I bought my car brand new.
I must say the gentleman in the parts area was the best. He answered all my questions. I will say that. Thank God for him.

What poorly run shop. I order parts on the website which said was in stock and when you got in person to buy, it’s to place an order to be ready in 24 hours. Called them on New Years Eve to see if they were open to pick up, the customer service said they were open to 2pm. Drive down At 12PM to pickup already paid for parts, they said the computer were down and close the gate and won’t give me the parts. Website says parts and services department close at 6PM, I go there there at 5: 09, they said parts close at 5PM got come back tomorrow. Very poorly run shop, no sense of urgency. No commitment to provide any customer service at all.

Toyota customer service is one of the best in the business. The staff is excellent here. They're very help and take the time to explain. Mechanics are very knowledgeable. Very comfortable place to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. They have a very big waiting room with Tvs, fresh coffee and clean bathrooms.

Customer service representatives are Fast and efficient service providers. We really like the substantial online ordering discounts. They provide only genuine Toyota products.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Very disappointing service. I have called numerous times to speak with the parts department and am placed on hold and then hung up on. I received an incorrect part from this Toyota location and complied with the online return process. I have yet to hear back about my return and it has been over a week. I just want my money back so I can buy the proper part from a different location.

Customer service guy in the front has a bad attitude and looked like he wanted to die and hate his job. Online service is worse because i could never get that guy to send me a return label for my product. Never order anything from them online because u cant return it in person and they will not send u a return label

So annoyed by the service I received here and the time I wasted. I needed a NYS inspection done on my car and I also had a slow leak in one tire. Since I have wheel and tire protection with Toyota, I was directed to have a dealership check the tire and file the claim.

Three whole hours later, a rep informs me that there isn't anything they can do about the tire because they can't find the leak and the tire pressure is normal. I explained that the tire pressure was normal because I had just filled air in the tire. He dismissed my concern and told me to come back or go to another Toyota if I still have an issue with the tire. YES! I am still going to have the issue, because YOU DIDN'T FIX IT!

This is City World's 3rd strike. I will not be visiting them again. As a matter of fact, Toyota dealerships can count their days.

The worst been here for 5 hours for a simple oil change on a new Highlander 2022 all they say is the tech is working on the car. Whattttttt on a oil change for that long this is the 2nd time they done this

Five hours and I'm still waiting for an oil change and inspection to be done. I was the fourth vehicle on line. The advisor sends a text wanting you to text him or her if you have any questions, but they don't reply to any text messages. This will be last time I bring my car here. Instead of wasting money on 6 employees trying to sell you service contracts and wanting you to trade in your vehicle for a more expensive one they should use that money to get mechanics. You are better off going to another service center, I hear the one in Yonkers is much better.

Takes forever to get oil change done … I had to wait like 5+ hours… next time I’ll be bringing my laptop along to work on my stuff smh

Had an appointment for just oil change, arrived at 9: 45 a.m and was the last costumer to leave the shop around 2: 30 p.m, they need to bring a full staff to work.
