All the positive reviews here are bought. Place is terrible. All they want is to get your money and that's it. Staff is rude, very slow, and I'm sure they barely know anything to help you.

I cannot believe that most of these positive reviews are genuine. This place is slow, the employees are rude, dumb, and lazy. They've transformed from an unethical but still useful urgent clinic to a Covid cash-mill, taking advantage of hypochondriacs who are still panicking about Covid for big money.

Once you sign in or register, the wait depends on the day. Usually quite busy they still follow pandemic protocols. I've never had issues with the site and all staff has been professional and courteous. Just be careful on somedays the wait can be long the busier they get

They treat the patients well but unfortunately when I went to the bathroom it was not toilet paper even there is not soap to washing hands.

Good and bad place. I went to get tested here in Mid January because I had symptoms of COVID. I walked in, some people stared at me and I saw a few people smile like they were welcoming me. I sat down and one of the doctors told me I have to wait 15 minutes. I went on the line for COVID testing and it's been about 20 minutes. I waited and waited. One of the doctors told me that I have to go home and wait for 3 hours and then come back to get tested. I went in to get tested and the doctor was so rude. He was like hurrying me up to get tested. I had to wait 3-4 hours just for my test to come back negative. I really don't recommend going here for COVID testing.

I’m forcing myself to give even one star. Whoever manages this place, please take a note of the 1- and 2-star reviews; you’ll notice the pattern. Then offer work ethic and logistics skills workshops to the employees. If it takes over two hours to process a line of four people for COVID testing, either stop offering the tests and wasting people’s time or improve the organization. COVID testing takes an average of 30 sec; I can’t begin to imagine what it is for other patients who need more serious care.

Also, it is dangerous when the personnel in a medical facility look as if they were forced to work there. Some empathy and reasoning skills on the part of receptionists and assistants may help a lot in processing the patient load. Haven’t had the pleasure or displeasure of interacting with doctors, so cannot comment. You are not the only ones with demanding or challenging jobs, CityMD! Plus the last time I checked a medical office receptionist’s position did not require extraordinary abilities but it certainly requires basic people skills. People come to you in pain, not for fun. Have some respect and empathy, or if you can’t go that far, at least fake it!

I will give less than one Star if it was option. They don't have no knowledge.all what they say you good u can go at home. I had ankle pain they did X ray for me and they said good news nothing wrong with you. I scheduled an appointment with an orthopedic doctor he told I have to rest for at least 2 weeks and he put a boot on me.imagine if I listened to these people I will make worst than the way it's right now.this place needs very good and knowledgeable stuff. I won't come back to you

Worse service ever! Came here at 5 pm to get a rapid test for covid and still waiting I.been 2 hours and im still here and waiting. I don't recommend this place at all.ridiculous!

Offices were dirty. Exam room had garbage on the floor. No one used hand sanitizer at any time during my visit. Self check kiosks had no cleaning wipes for between clients. I was totally grossed out.

What is worse the wait or the workers attitudes? Both are so bad. Find a different location. Making people wait who are aged and with newborns is not cool. To be abrupt and nasty in your speaking and manner is not cool.

I had a very positive experience. The intake pressings were very nice, the nurse assistant thorough and the doctor was kind and thorough and took the time to get all details about me and my medical condition. I was pretty impressed.

The worst I’m all Areas it’s hot smelly no fresh air and there are sick people it’s dirty all over crowed because of convenience I’m sure they take about 4 hours to call the doctors look like they are sleeping they are the worst just go to emergency room better just the worst make sure you bring tissue to use the bathroom as well

Two things, they don't know what services they provide or don't and never smile.
Went in and asked if they do blood work for this. They said they need to check with a doctor and he said yes in front of me. I wait 1 hour and got called into the room. Two girls come in one after another to ask why I'm there and confirmed they do blood work for this. A different doctor comes in and say they don't. 1 hour wasted and not a single one of them smiled.
It's like they are forced to work there and just don't care.

Stay away from this place unless absolutely necessary. The organization is beyond poor, the ladies at the front desk don’t know what they are doing and on top of that are rude and give you an attitude. Everyone is prepared to wait at a medical office but when you see staff just moving back and forth without much purpose, not to mention haste, it could become frustrating. The self check-in system which is expected to speed up and facilitate things does not seem to help them at all. Waited for over an hour for a rapid COVID test and eventually left without getting it as I was on the verge of passing out. I didn’t go there for fun, I went in because I had symptoms. One of the receptionists condescendingly informed me that was not a COVID testing site.
Until recently, there was a mobile testing site just outside the facility and it offered prompt and perfect service. I’m not sure why it was removed but it saved a lot of people from the CityMD experience. The staff at CityMD is either illiterate, or they don’t care about the patients at all, or both. Everyone without exception wore an “I can’t wait to get out of here”. Expression they were strangely overfilled with a sense of their own importance. One star is too much and it only goes for the self check-in. The rest is just another manifestation of the “beauty” of healthcare in this country.

Ridiculous wait. Waited over 1-2 hours for a simple covid test. There was only like 5 people in front of me too. No way this was a 1-2 hour wait. Seriously…. Never coming back here again. Waste of my time

Terrible customer service, very mean and unhelpful. Go to your doctor instead waist your time and money with uneducated doctors and meant stuff!

Excellent front desk staff. Melissa, the asstant was professional and thorough. Mike, the PA who saw me covered all bases to determine diagnosis, which made me feel that I was being well taken care of. Thank you, CityMD Bensonhurst team!

In case of emergency don’t hesitate to go to this clinic. Very quick and professional service (including all the necessary tests).

I lost my antibiotics while my Dr was on vacation and I have to complete 2 weeks with this medicines.
So city MD helped me to register myself and provide me my medicines so if I take it on time.i want to say thanks to all staff and nurse and doctors.very helpful and caring.

Everyone, from the front desk to the physician’s assistant, down to the doctor, were highly professional and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.
