An extremely pleasant experience. The nurse who did the initial prep was superbly kind, caring and welcoming. The doctor was very professional and easy to understand when he explained to me his findings. Go early as it gets busy fast. They do call patients quickly though. The receptionists were very good too. Very nice team.:)

I would recommend this place. From the receptionist to the nurse to the attending physician. They were kind they listened, and they truly cared. They took their time. And didn’t just write me a prescription. They made an appointment for me at the radiologist for an ultrasound immediately. As it was a concern of theirs that there may be a clot. Thank God it wasn’t. But they listened and they cared enough and they’re not even my doctor.

Received friendly professional care. Would not hesitate to recommend and if needed, return to this facility.

You will be belittled and have to plead your symptoms in order to receive the necessary care. The doctor I spoke with had zero interest in listening to my symptoms and came off as if they simply didn't believe what I was telling them. I could have gotten better medical advice from a Port-a-Potty soap dispenser than what I received here. If you have a primary care physician, then go there. Do not waste your time and co pay money with someone who will simply tell you to go purchase NyQuil.

Very friendly staff and and the doctor and his assistant was very patient and my daughter received the medical attention she needed. Minimal waiting time. Excellent experience.

I’ve been here several times within the last year. I’m always in and out pretty fast and they were able to help me with my issue. The drive is a little bit out of my way but worth it

They assistant came in and gave me a Flu and Covid 19 Rapid test after I told him I took a rapid test at home and it was negative. The doctors assistant said he would give me a PCR if it was necessary. Both rapid and flu test were negative. He never cam back to give me a PCR. I had to ask the doctor for one after she initially told me it wasn’t Covid and I just had some kind of virus. After the doctor gave me a PCR test, I went home took another Rapid test and it was positive. The next 2 days I received my PCR results and I was positive after the doctor and her assistant told me I was negative and I didn’t require a PCR. Good thing I asked for one and I was able to reach out to my job and wife who has asthma to tell them I was positive. If I didn’t ask for a PCR I could of spread it to so many other people including my wife he suffers from asthma due to the CityMD failure to do a PCR test from the start.

Wish I could select zero stars. I never post negative feedback but this place has no care and consideration, doctor gave me 30 seconds of his time - far from helpful. Avoid this location if you are looking for treatment and medical care.

The doctors and staff were so thorough, patient, kind. I was so impressed with the care I received that I recommend CityMD to my friends and family.

3 days after my visit I have still not received my prescription because neither the doctor nor the follow up team supplied info required from my insurance company. This is despite repeated assurances that they would. Clear lack of interest in treating the patient.

My son has been treated at the Commack office multiple times. My son is mentally and physically disabled and was always treated with respect and compassion. As his parents we were explained all tests, results and treatments. When in need, we recommend CityMD without reservations.

Quick, easy, and painless walk in process. Other urgent care facilities in the area do not accept walk ins so easily. Very kind and attentive nurse and doctor. Highly recommend!

I visited this office on 05/07/2022 for my sick daughter.her doctors office was closed so this was the next best thing to get her treated. I was advised by the doctor to come back if her condition had worsened. I returned today 05/11/22 because her condition did just that.it worsened and yet again her primary is closed.after being seen by the doctor, I informed the receptionist whos name is chris that I will need a note and was instructed to ask for it at the front desk.but unfortunately Chris gave me trouble and refused to give me the paperwork stating she was seen in the office.he printed out her visit summary which has my daughters personal information and clearly states the date of her visit but this was not needed. I asked for a general statement that my daughter was seen in the office without her personal information but he refused and gave me a number for after care to contact. This service was absolutely disgusting. He spoke in a condescending tone and dismissed me in front of my daughter. Absolutely disgusted.

Came in about a month ago for a PCR test; my employer required a negative test result to return to work.

My PCR sample was taken and never processed causing me to miss an entire work week before a second test could be administered and have its results generated.

Mistakes happen, but this CityMD caused me a semi-significant loss of income and they're lucky I dont take this matter to small claims court

It’s a great feeling knowing you have somewhere to turn when you’re sick. The whole staff here really cares. I was treated very well here… They are very competent, …. I would highly recommend this to anybody that needs medical help. You hardly ever have to wait, they take you right in. I’m just so glad they’re here in my neighborhood.

The doctors and PAs are amazing but the front desk staff is definitely a challenge. They do not assist and send you to the “kiosk” and are on their cell phones instead of helping the patients.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PCR TESTING!

Waiting for my PCR test for almost 6 days now! After you wait in line standing outside for hours they rapid test you. Is you pass the rapid they recommend you take a PCR. Have any symptoms? Yes? Then they tell you to quarantine/isolate until the PCR comes back. Ok. Expect that’s a week! Turned my life upside down and spent about $1,200 on sick days at work meanwhile I feel fine. Thanks CityMD. If I legit have Covid no problem siting home. But this is by far the slowest test in town. Go anywhere else. Pay the money. Rapid test sure, go nuts here. Even tho they work half the time anyway. Pcr is the real test and they’re to slow to rely on.

Do not go here I've been trying to go here for 5 days to get antibiotics for a sinus infection that is spread to my ear and has caused me so much tooth pain that I can't sleep at night and they are prioritizing non symptomatic people who are getting covid tests so that they can go to Christmas and New Year's parties instead of prioritization patients with actual medical needs. Also as everyone has stated the woman at the front desk is an absolute nightmare who seems to actually like rejecting patients because she said that that's not her actual facility so she probably won't get in trouble for being such a rude person but I'm hoping to get in contact with City MD corporate to speak about her mannerism if anybody happens to run into her they should record their interaction with her to show how absolutely rude she is.

Horribly long line outside in freezing weather. Even receptionist were shocked with how long everything was taking, they were very apologetic and kind.
