CityMD Corona Urgent Care - Queens

Not sure if this CityMd knows what its doing. I took my covid test on 12/17 and it is currently 12/24 and I don’t have my pcr results. All my other friends who went to other citymd later than me already got their tests back.

Trash. PCR test took 7 days and I am still waiting for result.
Not even answering questions properly

The attention is very fast. I always go to this location when I feel bad, but something happened to me 7 days ago. I felt very bad I had the same symptoms as when I had covid the first time, only milder, I requested two tests and I never received results until today that I receive a call from the city saying that I am positive for covid. I call back to city md and they tell me that my results are not there yet, so how does the city have date, time and my data? Besides, the doctor who was there that day talked to the nurses and more and said I don't know why people come only for the covid test, there are thousands of viruses, that is not the only one. “The ppl is stupid” I can’t believe it. That personal (doctor) was STUPID. No the ppl who are you supuse to take care. Think before you gonna say anything….

When the results for covid rapid test came positive, the doctor just told my son and me to go.
The doctor didn’t even prescribe medicine to treat the illness.
When I called back to request a prescription in order to treat my son, the line i was transferred to never pick up the call.

The worst city MD is in Junction Boulevard. Today I just waited like for my medical form to fill up and waited there for like more than three hours because they only have one doctor. They didn’t even show the concern to tell the patient that there’s only one doctor and it’s like three hours wait line don’t come here go to the Jackson heights location much better than this one. They have a lot of doctors over there in Jackson Heights not in Junction Boulevard. If you want to waste your time you can come here most welcome got a big headache ‍️

Customer service reps need retraining. I went in around 7: 09PM on 6/30/2021 requesting to urgently use the public bathroom and was denied access. Urgent care needs URGENT RETRAINING.

Outstanding service! Went to get tested for covid the line was virtual and went shopping while I waited for a text, I only texted s to the number they gave me and they let me know how many people were in front of me in line. The wait was only 30 minutes and everyone from the doorman front desk and the doctor were super friendly and knowledgeable. Super happy with their service, oh and in only 15 minutes I received the results! Great job

I saw a couple on line for testing and the boyfriend had collapsed and two women had to hold him up while the nurse took 5 minutes to get a wheelchair and then when she finally came back out she proceeded to argue with the scared girlfriend. After they went inside the girlfriend came out mad because they wouldn’t let her get tested even though they were the next ones in line when he collapsed. Absolutely horrible service!

They displayed the atmost respect and very professional at every level.

Beautiful and clean place. Quiet and peaceful inside. Plenty of space inside to sit, 9 chairs, and more space to stand apart for about 5-6 more people. But it’s super busy here so make appointments way in advance.

Very clean and quick and good service.staff is friendly and sufficient. Recommend to go early in the morning once they open.

Is just the long waiting lines, I hope they could take appointments so you can skip the long waiting lines, other than that they have good service.
