I would leave a 0 if that was an option. I waited 2.5 hrs to see an arrogant Dr.who talked to me like I was wasting his time. They did nothing to help. This place is an assembly line ripping off the insurance companies. Stay away!

This place treats people of color different. Go to different locations if you’re person of color.

The touch screen check-in process does not adhere to safety protocols. There are no signs that mandate wiping the screen down before and after use. Patients put their contaminated fingers on the screen without sanitizing it before and after use.

The restroom had no toilet paper on the holder, and there was no hand soap.

I came in for a COVID-19 test and had my vitals checked by a medical assistant within 45 minutes.

After about a half hour, Dr. Maria Vesey gave me a quick physical assessment and told me that my test results were negative.

I do not recommend this location because of its untidiness and filth.

Over a week for results that still aren’t here. Will always be using Northwell health from now on. Results in a day

I usually have a great experience at this place, but I was very disappointed today to meet Dr. Craig Lerman, who insisted on basically blaming me for being sick and telling me that everyone is sick because people stopped wearing masks which is garbage and very unprofessional. I have tightness in my chest and a hacking cough with congestion. He seemed to take pleasure while he literally told me I’m going to be sick through New Year’s and I just have to get through it and didn’t even check me or consider that I may have something that needed antibiotics. The guy obviously has some kind of chip on his shoulder and it’s very unprofessional to take it out on patients. He should be removed from this place. I wasted a $75 co-pay and I’m never going back to this place again.

Doctor rushed me and my kids out of there didn’t even care to listen to they’re symptoms and asked why didn’t I take them to they’re pediatrician

This place is absolute ridiculous. All the staff there is coughing their lungs out into their gloves and not even changing their gloves while examining patients. Extremely incompetent doctors who prescribe medicine even when the tests are negative. Rapid tests which can't be fully considered accurate are done which I can do at home. I don't need to spend 2.5 hr wait time and 75$ in copay to do a home covid test. Samples are not sent to the lab for a flu test. It's a complete unprofessional place and even the doctor had an attitude. Will not recommend this place to anyone. I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post without a star. Else I would give it 0 stars.

Everyone was super kind and I was seen quickly. The doctor was not at all helpful. I went in saying I had swollen glands for 3 weeks. She gave me a strep test even though my throat never hurt. She said she was going to give me an antbiotic and if it did not work I should go to my regular doctor for further testing. Then she changed her mind and did not give me an antibiotic. I left confused and here I am 48 hours after the fact still with swollen glands and now Im just angry and frustrated. I should have simply gone to a virtual doc.

I used to come here and it was fine enough but I came here last week with flu like symptoms. They tested for strep and covid, both negative. Came back today still sick as a dog and won’t test me for the flu without paying and seeing a provider again because it’s “their policy”.

I have never had a bad experience overthere and I always got treated with compassion, kindness and professionalism.they become like my PMD.will continue to see them for any health related issues!

If you’re sick, they’ll help. The doctor you get is hit or miss but they’re mostly very competent.

I had a very worse experience here. Dr. And stuff are very rude and aggressive. I just ask a disposal latter for me and my husband work place but they denied very roughly. After a common conversation they called police to take us outside from the building. I surprised how this could be a urgent care service of America.

Went in after testing positive for Covid on home test. Wanted to get PCR for back up. Was in no rush because I already knew I was positive. Dr. Came in and argued with me that something didn’t make sense that I would only want a PCR and that I had to do the rapid first. I told her I just wanted the PCR and she was apoplectic. I asked if I should leave and go somewhere else and she said she would do it and left the room. A minute later another doctor came in and swabbed me for the PCR. It’s unbelievable that this woman had the audacity to argue with a patient. From what I hear I am not the first one to be harassed from this place. I will be filing a formal complaint because it got deeper than I’d like to share here.

This location is trash! I got a tb done when I wasn't even supposed to. They wont give me a prescription to go get a X-ray done elsewhere because they rather me pay $225 out of pocket with them. Then the doctor maria vesey and another worker told me I can use the paper I was given to get the x-ray done. He even recommended another location who does x-ray. The paper isnt even a prescription so I dont understand why theres so many different information given to me.

Was told my swollen foot was nothing to worry about and they found nothing wrong after several x-rays.
I made an appointment with my regular doctor the next day because my foot was killing me. Turns out … I had a broken metatarsal bone! If I trusted the drs at this location, who knows what would have happened to my foot! VERY disappointing!

The provider Sarah was very informative and advised when purchasing meds over the counter to look for the heart symbol so it will not effect my hypertension my physician never told me that and I was an NYS EMT years ago. I really appreciated her kindness and care for her patient!
