CityMD Franklin Square Urgent Care - Long Island

Ladies at the front desk get irritated and roll there eyes at basic Questions, horrible attitude, As if they want you to know they hate the fact that they are working lol. Unreal, People going there for medical help should not have to deal with this.

Tried to go for a covid test. The two ladies sitting at the front desk at 1pm needs more information when it comes to this. There is no reason at a time like this that when i ask questions at a urgent care about covid the people are dismissive and the only thing said was to wait on line at 2: 30am if i needed a test. If you dont offer covid test please remove that message when i call the office that you offer walk ins or please state times. If its only cause the holiday teach the front desk to say that as well. Thank you!

I got there at 8 am I was online until 11: 39am this is the worst city MD I have been to, the staff is horrible, They're not able to answer questions this is the worst city Md do not come here if you have any injuries want covid test do not come! Do not come!

Not bad if get thier 6: 30 wait until 7: 30 you will be 5-8 person on line is fast inside waiting room

I’ve been to plenty of CityMD’s and I’ve never had a bad experience until coming to this location. Staff is extremely rude and does not answer your questions or concerns. Would not recommend anyone coming here.

I will never visit this place again. Every worker is extremely rude. The front desk staff does not even want to answer any question that you have. The doctors in there do not even know what medication I was taking when I told them. I was seeing Dr. Chris and he even rolled his eyes at me and gave me rude remarks. Do not go here!

Never answer the phone. They say they close at 730. It’s 5: 04 and my call was ignored 3 times.

Extreme waiting time, no seating for covid patient or segregation, you can really get sick among the crowd, not enough chairs to be seated, patients were standing in the lobby

Medical assist has an attitude, she took rapid test without swabbed nose completely

Left me in a room for a longest period of time

I will never go back here again

Front desk Staff was pleasant

If you go early, they take down your number, give you an estimate and text you when it's your turn. Allows you to be home until appointment time. However, you have to arrive within 15 min of the text or you lose your spot. Also, all appointments are filled by 9: 30am most mornings. They open at 8am. They have a small parking lot and there's a municipal lot nearby.

Spoke to someone over the phone to enquire about covid testing for my flight. She was very unprofessional and rude. Monday October 25th 12 55 pm.
Thankyou and will never visit you guys again.

Excellent experience. The place is super clean. The front desk staff are totally professional and kind, even friendly, taking the time to welcome people as they come in. Self check-in process makes everything so much more convenient, if you can do it. Wait was not long at all (in before 4: 30 and out by around 5: 30, on a Friday). The doctor's assistant (Alyssa) could not have been kinder and a pleasure to deal with and the doctor (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) was also a pleasure: professional, took her time with me, listened, explained everything clearly so that all my questions were answered and advised me on how to proceed from here. I left feeling very confident with the care I had received. I would definitely recommend this location. It'll be my go-to place, for sure.

If I can rate it zero stars, I would. Unprofessional, unreliable, ghetto, inappropriate music plays in the waiting area, rude and unfriendly staff, a bunch of kids work there (no professional or adult supervision), terrible customer service, long wait times and basically everything wrong with this place. Never will be visiting this location again.

Called to ask a question about how to get my job billed for a work related injury if I ended up going there. They told me they couldn’t give me a bill for my job and at 3 pm in the afternoon they were at max capacity and were not taking any more patients that day, mean while they are opened till 7 pm. It’s an urgent care, they are supposed to take walk ins that’s their purpose this is ridiculous. I gave them 2 stars because I usually get better service than this there. I get not being able to get a bill for my job, I was’nt sure about that anyway that’s why I was calling but the not taking walk in is stupid.

Call before going, bc by 10 am they're saying they have a 2 hr wait and they will send you a text of when to come.

Its an urgent care but at 3pm they said they're not seeing anyone else and they close at 7pm. Smh

Great Staff and Service! There were a lot of people at the Urgent Care but, the staff was very fast and nice I spent about 35mins here. I will DEFINITELY visit again.

Unprofessional group of people. From Marsha the clinic director to destiny the clerk in the front are ridiculously sad folks with no people skills. City Md needs to reevaluate their clinic protocols to ensure the well-being of their customers as with no customers There’s no City md.

DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I would have read the reviews before traveling here. Staff is completely unprofessional. The receptionist has a disgusting attitude. I hadn’t even been inside for 3 minutes before she started yelling at me. When I reached the counter she refused to answer any of the questions I had based on the appointment that I came to set up. Even worse as I was talking to her she completely ignores me and starts talking to people who were behind me in line as if wasn’t standing in front of her! The manager Marsha didn’t do anything to better the situation either! Completely unacceptable, save your time and peace of mind.

Excellent experience. I was there before they opened and the line was very long. When they opened they had someone walk down the line, they took our names and phone numbers and then they texted a link which informed you of what number you were in line. I then received a text advising me that I had 30 minutes to return to the clinic. I retuned and waited about 15 minutes to be seen and tested. My results were emailed to me within 20-30 minutes after I left.
