My wife Irma had to go to CityMD. Dr Church was kind professional and thorough. Randy was great. Positive experience

Extremely friendly staff! Randy got me set up and Dr. Church saw me. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

I came in for DOT physical exam. It is very nice and clean facility. Great staffs and Dr. Mekhoubad was very kind.

I was so please with the experience my uncle had when I brought him in to this urgent care. He was well cared for and Seir did a great job with being attentive and caring towards his needs. When he was taking his vitals he was the most patient and answered every question he asked.

Feeling really sick, came in did some testing promise to get to me to get me antibiotics or referral to a different doctor and they never did. Call the clinic and transfer me to an after care team after waiting an hour got a person who took my information and end up hanging up 2 minutes after. The amount of money they charge my insurance for this terrible service is not worth it.

Beyond excellent! The dr who saw my child knew exactly what her symptoms meant, diagnosed her immediately and effortlessly, and made sure to take blood to further treat her. I am so impressed and so very grateful!

The care of patients is top notch. Dr. Church treated me well when making decisions about my treatment

Like to milk it so they can keep charging insurance for visits…. They prescribe medication piece-meal, and in fact, they tell you “if you get worse, come back”…. Well thanks to them not prescribing what they should have my first visit, I DID get worse, and I went back a second time…. They begrudgingly prescribed another med, and when I specifically asked them about my ears being clogged, the doctor said that was a “good thing” because my “immune system is working. ” Well here I am, an entire week after my SECOND visit and I my ears are completely clogged still! So I just called them to request that they call in an ear drop of some sort - after a cumulative 40 minutes on hold, their After-care Dept. (that’s an oxymoron) told me that following conferred with a clinician, that “ear drops won’t help” and that I should - wait for it, can you guess - that’s right - “come back in. ” What good reason would I have to come back in for a 3rd time? How does the “clinician” know ear drops won’t help? What kind of ridiculousness is this? The worst part of all is that when this CityMD first opened, they were great! Great doctors, sound advice, and proper care…. Now, well, multiple visits, and advice like “come back if you get worse. ”

Beware! I’ve always gone here and this CityMd location became my go to but have recently had a different experience. Dr.was dismissive of my symptoms, incorrectly recited my vitals, and a missed diagnosis ended up with an late night ER visit. I’d only go here if I was losing blood. Take your healthcare elsewhere if you are expecting the slightest personal care. That being said facility was clean, front desk, and pa staff was helpful and concerned.

VERY QUICK SERVICE. MY WIFE & I WERE CALLED IN WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF COMPLETING OUR FORMALITIES WHICH THE LADY AT THE FRONT DEST ASSISTED US WITH AT THE COMPUTER.

I find it so convenient to use the walkin clinic.
Everyone is so nice! But, I do not appreciate having to sign in at the kiosk, instead of the people at the desk. In fact, I resent it.

I thought it would be more like an emergency room visit, however it was nothing like it. I was seen in less then ten minutes after checking in. Dr Church explained to me the treatment options available to me and answered my questions in great detail. It was as pleasant experience I could have had considering why I was there. I would not hesitate to return!

I have visited City MD in Great Neck kn a few occasions and have always been happy with the care. Docs are professional and caring. Dr. Caroline Via in particular is a great practioner… smart, kind, very professional. I greatly appreciated her care

Dr. Adam Church is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, calming and explains anything you ask of him. Randy, his assistant was also very attentive and accommodating. Stacy, X-ray Tech, walked me through the process and made me feel very at ease. Great TEAM! Would highly recommend.

This was my very first time using CityMD and I was pleasantly rewarded with the recommendation! The entire staff, from the front greeting desk through the medical staff were professional yet friendly, clear on instructions and made sure that there was no conflict with their prescriptions in relation to any medications that I was taking.

Place was empty and still waited 30 mins to just be called in to sit and wait in a room. The staff that took me to the room wanted to do a eye exam, not sure why? I didn't have my eyeglasses so he made two holes in a business card and was asking staff to look through the holes of this card. It was so weird. He asked me to look through the holes trying to use this card as eyeglasses (my best guess) after he had a few people put their eyes to the card. I was there for a eye infection. I felt like I was being punked. LOL well as list it made for a good story, Dr. Church is very nice, office staff was suppose to call me the next day with I referral for a eye doctor which never happened. Would not go to city MD again.

Very professional, modern facility, polite, friendly, and knowledgable staff. Thorough and personable Dr and assistant.
