The entire team from the receptionist Sheila, to the scribes Maria and Nichelle, to the amazing manager Tim and the providers! The entire team is completely professional and very caring. My wait wasn't long as I got there first thing when they opened. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, the employees demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and compassion. The doctor worked seamlessly to assess my condition, provide swift treatment, and keep me informed every step of the way. The facility itself was impeccably clean and well-equipped. Big shoutout to the lady in the front desk, Nichele and other doctor assistant who really made the entire experience less stressful.

When you know you have Covid, test positive at home and have modest symptoms, there is literally only one reason to wait to see a doctor at an urgent care: to get a prescription for Paxlovid, especially if you have a history of health issues. That's what I did at CityMD Dyckman. Waited 55 minutes in a room only to have the "doctor" tell me "no, that's not necessary, even if you're almost 70 and have a history of autoimmune disorders. " Now 8 weeks later with a debilitating case of long covid, I replay that encounter over and over. The most important takeaway is that if you've done your homework and know your medical history, do not take no for an answer. Go there to get stitches when you get cut by a knife, but don't rely on a CityMD doctor when it comes to the effects of endemic diseases. Do not take no for an answer. Paxlovid is approved for wide use and recommended for mild and moderate cases and the medical community is the biggest obstacle to wider use.

Went for a Covid rest. Results promised within 15 minutes. After an hour and a half I called and was told that the results had not been input, with no reason given. If they can't get something as simple as this right? !

This place looks great on the outside and the inside but unfortunately it doesn’t match the personalities, professionalism, and courtesy that is expected from staff. Anyone would love barely doing anything, sitting behind a counter, and doing absolutely nothing but chit chat and gossip. How can anyone be miserable especially that the place just opened and staff already look miserable. If you are not properly trained or don’t have the heart for this job, then you should definitely not be working in a place where people are coming in unhappy, concerned for their health, and/or not feeling well. A smile, a good morning/good afternoon, a little courtesy, understanding, and compassion go a very long way. It’s all about money here and no priority towards patients. Certain staff members are very rude like the one with the stars on her neck and the condescending colonizer who is probably annoyed that she has to deal with people of color or minorities which ever way you want to put it. I tried my very best to keep this as nice as can be because honestly they definitely deserved a mouthful but I was sick and not up to dealing with pure ignorance. My temperature wasn’t even taken, the doctor never saw me, and had it not been because I asked questions, I would have only given the results and dismissed not even asking one thing.

I went there to get a COVID-19 test. Happy I came out negative. Will also say that I was happy that everyone who works there were very respectful the whole time.
Thank you.

Waited 40 minutes in the holding room after checking in to not get seen.

Edit: called the number listed below. Was disconnected. Call back. Get connected to a different department. Try to get transferred. Stuck on hold for 10 minutes with no check in. Leave a voice mail when incident occurred with phone number and still no response. Will not be back.
