Excellent Urgent Care facility. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. The patient is #1.

EXTREMELY Rude staff over the phone. They don't even listen to what you are trying to say and just transfer you to god knows where. The office itself is very professional, amazing doctors but the front desk staff is atrocious.

Came in for broken foot. Within 35 minutes I was seen, X-rays were taken and was sent home with cast. The Doctor to the x-ray technician were all very kind and courteous.

My family have used this place a lot. It’s way better than the ridiculous place in New City. The office is clean & well staffed.wait times can be long, but they are professional.

On the morning of Tuesday, November 29 at approximately 9am, I arrived at CityMD in Nanuet, NY. I was experiencing symptoms that I felt were a sinus infection. After a 2 hour wait, I was called to an exam room. Dr. Feller came in after another 1/2 hour. He asked me to describe my symptoms, which I did. I told him I was experiencing postnasal, drip a headache and pain on my face. I stated that I have had sinus infections in the past, and I felt that this was indeed my problem. Dr. Feller stood casually behind me, never even looking at me. I told him that I also had a bit of a sore throat and an earache. He said. ” that’s called a cold. ” He asked his assistant to order me some Flonase and a decongestant, and walked out of the room after maybe 45 seconds to a minute. I felt that Dr. Feller was very dismissive and condescending. After waiting 2 hours to see a doctor, he could have at least looked in my throat or checked my ears. I have used this CityMD in the past. I’ve never had any problems. I am very upset about the way I was treated by Dr. Feller, a so called “professional”

I’ve been here a few time for mostly Covid exams, there’s never not been a wait. Last night at 5PM the wait was 2 hours. Horrific. But what can you do, it’s that time of year again.
On the plus side, the staff has always been polite and respectful.

I came in at 12 pm and left after 3 pm with little relief. I wouldn’t have cared that much about the time spent if relief and proper treatment options was given.

Everyone was very nice. The staff were knowledgeable, listened & were empathetic. I love going there with my children when it’s urgent & never mind the wait. They are worth it!

Great place when you can’t get in to your pcp, very clean and feel very confident in the doctors and staff! Great urgent care!

I recently had need of urgent care services due to a terrible poison sumac reaction, I checked in at CityMD in Nanuet. I was very happy with the care I received there. Everyone was professional and efficient and courteous. The doctor was kind and wonderful, gave me the right treatment, the nurse was just great too, and I am on the way to better. Thank you CityMD Nanuet. Highly recommend

Rather go to hospital at ER & wait the several hours for proper care.staff & DRs do not care

Waited outside all day to get in Nov 2020. Coded as a full office-visit, so price for a COVID test was $300, instead of $0 at other facilities. Waited over 18 months to bill me so I can't use my FSA. Would not use again. Cannot recommend.

Was tested never physically check was promoted communist ideas by the doctor absolutely horrible woke up chocking up green stuff

I went and waited for an hour and a half. The doctor came in and didn’t even look at me and said based on your symptoms you need to go to the emergency room. Literally 5 seconds. Turns out I had migraine- would have been nice if the dr even spoke to me about my symptoms. Will never go there again.
