CityMD Parkchester Urgent Care - Bronx

I have gone to City MD in Parkchester on several occasions and each visit was timely and my medical needs were met.

I was skeptical about going to this CityMD because of all of the reviews. And didn't want to be sitting in an urgent care for hours. I'm glad I went with my gut. ALL of the staff was amazingly courteous and humble. I was out in less than 2 hours; not to mention I also had xrays done. This show, can't judge by what others say.

Girl at the front desk was super unprofessional, didn’t wait to hear why I’m there just told me to check in I did so and made wait for an hour and a half to tell me nothing literally. Didn’t see a doctor didn’t get any issue resolved

DO NOT waste your time if you need real medical help, aside from a covid test. Have been here multiple times in the past but never was I treated with such insensitivity, I wasn’t even medically treated or evaluated. The physician assistant was so rude and hostile when I tried to explain my concerns and my very real medical needs were dismissed.

This place is extremely SLOW, I been here since 12: 30PM with my children on Sunday 2/5/2023 and my children are still waiting to be seen by a doctor, it's now 2: 08PM

It’s a good place way better than the other UCs I had been. Wait time is little longer about 70 min.

I had an awesome experience when all my 3 kids came down with the flu and the same. The teamwork over there is impeccable. I will recommend any day anytime

I was there with my kids and they treating me so badley the staff they not talking nicely staff are rude and full of attitude how they can treat the people who are there to take a services i fell really bad for my kids because of there behaviour i Messed up my day because of those rude people.

The Dr, nurse and the front desk ladies were soo nice. They took very good care of me. I’ll recommend City Md to everyone

From entry to exit pleasant treatment with Aesha greeting & guiding registration & advising on wait times etc

One of bad experience of my life. Doctor's behavior was so bad with me. You can't share your experience with her, even though you got 102.7 fever. Their thermometer ️ is not lying, right. Didn't get any good treatment from cityMD. Doctor said this is not COVID so she not gonna test for anything else. She said " I suppose to go my PCP doctor, why I came to cityMD. " I don't know who gave her doctor license for practice because she doesn't know how to behave with patients. ️. Had to pay 50$ for worst service at the end.

Very friendly staff and nurses. Super clean facility. Physician that treated my son was professional, and accurate with her diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend this urgent care center.

Everything moves very nicely and respected ways, I'm so happy CityMD is near by me when I urgently need medical attention.

My experience was very pleasant. The staff members Alyana B.and Iesha T.were truly great, professional, courteous and display wonderful patience with me and my family.
Their courtesy and patience made my visit less stressful especially when you're already not feeling well.
I hope CityMd appreciate such professional, patient caring staff as much as me and my family.

Appointment no necessary for a flu shot. Wait was long, but I got some work done. Keep up the good work. Your services are needed in this community.

The worst urgentMD I visit I walk in and I ask to do a PCR test and I told them the date I and they told me yes you will have the results before the date you need it for my upcoming doctor appointment I wait 3 hours sitting there finally they call my name they take me to a room and doctor came told me we don’t guarantee you for the test on that day imagine after 3 hour waiting there very unprofessional and rude I will not recommend this place I wish I can give them 0 stars
