You cleaned up those horrible filthy chairs in the waiting room. The Dr was livery and the front desk was pleasant. You need to have your medical assistants learn how to pleasantly and cordially greet your patients. They are morose and never crack a smile

The provider was knowledgeable and had great bedside manners. The office was very clean and the wait time amazing. The front desk can benefit from a customer service in- service.

I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in.the staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. Very clean environment and to top it off I had a wonderful doctor by the name of Mr. Flood. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here for your medical needs.

Went in for a Covid test and the doctor that delivers my results was rude and nasty today your not allowed to question anything or challenge doctors with information they just get more and more annoyed because god forbid you to be a critical thinker just disgusted behavior!

Very kind and patient people. I waited no more than 15min while watching Enola Homes. I was in and out. Didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor after I saw the nurse.

DO NOT GO HERE! The nurses were fine but the doctors is why im saying do not go here! They rushed the procedure i came for and neglected my friend, she said. She waited 15 to see her doctor while my doctor rushed my process and told me to “get out of here” it was soo off. Go to Oceanside clinic or somewhere else. This was my FIRST time here and i brought my friend and both felt we were not tested properly so we have to find a another vicinity to get tested properly.

Went in during the morning time, I was called in quickly. I went in for a work physical. Everyone was polite, friendly. The attending physician was very kind and thorough with the exam. Thank you! Keep up the great service!

I was supposed to receive medication at my pharmacy. It never got there. I called cvs they have no record of my medication. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I had a positive experience with the staff and especially with the Doctor she attend to my need with a lot of care and understanding. Thank you all for your service.

My son went there with a terrible sinus infection. First question the doctor asked was if he had a COVID test. He had not. They administered the test. It came back positive. They sent him home & told him to take Tylenol.
The next day he went to a real doctor. They prescribed him medicine. My son was feeling better in 2 days. My family will never step into that office again.

Very poor treatment. Went there for an ear infection. Doctor didn't bother asking if I was taking anything for the coughing nor fever. They prescribed tons of cough medicine and nasal spray -not needed- andbtes they prescribed the antibiotics but I would had been paying over 150 dollars if I would had just gone along with what they prescribed

An okay place for a quick checkup. I came here with my 3 year old daughter. They still require a mask even though covid is a common cold. Anyway, when I finally got called to go in the back, I passed by the desk in the back and 4 employees were sitting there without masks, but they make the patients wear masks.

Rushed visit. Doctor didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns and needs. Prescribed a medication that is known to cause gastric upset adding to my already distressing symptoms.

Short wait time and staff was pleasant.
Drs diagnosis, treatment was made accurately and on way to feeling better

Excellent experience. Was almost closing time and they gladly saw me. I was in a lot pain and needed anti biotic. I got what i needed.
